Only 15 minutes from the Community Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Central Ocean University medical Center hospital and Parkway.

We also have studios, 1-bedroom up to 5-bedroom homes available.
Fully furnished with all utilities included.

Must have proof of employment, good credit and justification of departure location.

Please note for our Winter Rentals the max is 2-guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
INSTANT BOOKING is only allowed for family (mother, dad and children). For other Guests, please reach out to us.
Please note, NO group parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
