About this property

This beautiful one bedroom, one bath apartment is 669 sq. ft. The way the apartment is set up it gives you a very spacious, full kitchen, full bath and a giant walk in closet. It is in a Vibrant part of the Salt Lake/Sugarhouse area and located right across the street form a grocery store and shopping. Many restaurants and additional shopping and entertainment nearby.

Security camera/recording device — Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit on or next to, the front/entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a motion-activated device which actively records any and all motion.

Great Rental

We loved staying here. Clean, well stocked, and easy to get into secure parking which was great. We stayed 6 nights and had hoped for better weather for pool/hot tub but the gym was well stocked with nice equipment making a longer stay very convenient.
