The Walton house is a Large place with plenty to do. Great place for reunions, weekend get aways. House has game rooms, outside firepit, wood burning stove, you can walk into town and do antiquing, food store etc,
Nice restaurants in town and surrounding towns, mountain view from back porch, spacious yard and driveway. Plenty of amenities and kid friendly. Hiking, canoeing, water rafting, and snowmobiling near by.

Place was large enough to accommodate all of us (originally planned on 9, but ended up only 6 went). So, nice to each have our own room! Only about 35 minutes to Oneonta for grandson's baseball tournament! Host was VERY gracious and easy to work with! Would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Very nice and quiet location about 35 to 40 minutes from All Star village. The city had a lot of cute shops!

This was our second stay at the Walton Vintage House and once again, we could not have had a better experience. There are so many nice amenities, from the private backyard area to the pool and ping pong rooms, and the multiple sitting areas, there was something for everyone in our multi-generational group (great toy selections for the toddlers!). We will plan on returning again!

First getting to the property host would not answer was stuck outside waiting for a reply for 40 minutes. Vrbo could not get a hold of them either. Offered another home (should have took it) but host finally answered. All outdoor furniture is warped and when our children sat down it immediately collapsed on them. Bathroom was full of previous tents bath supplies and dirty rags. Bathroom tub would clog we all eventually had to use one shower. All spices were expired. Ping pong table is all taped together. The entire home is poorly maintained. The upstairs amenities were full of clothes. There were so many baby stuff everywhere. We suffered through it due to our son playing in the Cooperstown tournament and nothing else was available for the amount of time we needed. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
