Welcome to our beautiful summer rental in Narragansett! This spacious home boasts 5 bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, as well as an additional half bath. The open concept first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and dining area, perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with family and friends.
3 car garage. Hardwoods throughout, stone counter tops, paver patio and walkway, irrigation. Walk to Association beach, kayak, short drive to Narragansett Beaches, restaurants, and shops .

On the second floor, you'll find 4 more bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, as well as a convenient laundry area. The third floor is dedicated to the luxurious master suite, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed and a beautiful attached bathroom.

Great property with plenty of room for my 3 teens and I. The house is comfortable and it was nice that we all had our own bathrooms. House was clean and Nick was quick to respond to all questions and fix anything that came up during our stay. Highly recommend this house.

Annual Trip to Narraganset!

We have stayed at this property for the past couple of years. The property is great because it has in suite bathrooms for each room. It's very comfortable for a large family. The property gets high usage during the summer and it seemed it good shape despite weekly rentals each week. The floors were a little dirtier this time and we let the property manager know that the vacuum wasn't working properly and they sent one right away. Other than some sandy floors (which was easily remedied), the house was ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely continue to stay at this property each summer!

Love the size of the home with 6 bedrooms!

We stayed for a short time (just the weekend). We have rented quite a few houses in our past. We loved the layout of the home. Good size living room and kitchen on the first floor. 4 bedrooms on the second, each with its own bathroom and a large bedroom with couch on the third floor. The only thing was it seemed that the home had a lot of renters that weren't taking care of the property. For example, broken drawers, peeling ceiling from a leak, broken frames on pictures, etc.

Perfect house for a summer vacation

Stayed here with my extended family. Good features such as outside shower, tankless hot water heater, outdoor sitting area w/grill. Conveniently located (5-10 min drive) to the beach, grocery store, and great seafood spots. Highly recommend!

Great house with 5 bedrooms each with their own sparkling clean bathroom . Open layout on ground floor . Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner but easily remedied. Nice outdoor table and grill but no yard .Great location . Plenty of parking . Enjoyed our week !
