"This house was AMAZING, very clean and fit the description - I loved the kitchen! Close to downtown attractions. The hosts were so very accommodating even when I wanted to extend our stay. I will definitely book this location again." - Leticia, Aug 2024
"Very clean, well-supplied, and an ideal layout with the kitchen+dining+living area as one big space. Excellent kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. Good air conditioning, despite near-100-degree days. The managers were very communicative, in a helpful way, and knew a lot about the property and the area. Top notch! If we stay in Chattanooga again, this will be the first place we check for lodging." - William, Jul 2024

"The house was very clean and nicely furnished. I traveled with my sister and our friend for our yearly hiking trip… the house is centrally located to take advantage of the many hikes in the area. A rainy day provided the opportunity to explore downtown Chattanooga, nice town and plenty to do." - Laura, Apr 2024
"Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient We travel from northern Ohio to Florida and look for a convenient location for our half-way overnight. This house met all our criteria. It was in a quiet neighborhood not too far off the interstate. We had all the accommodations we needed. The house was clean and comfortable with modern decor. The hosts always quickly responded to our answers. We will definitely make this our top choice to stay in the Chattanooga area." - Kathleen, January 2024
The home contains a generous living room which open concept into dining and kitchen areas. Open counter space between the areas highlights the original 1930s chimney which was salvaged during the entire home renovation. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table with enough space for 4 guests. Guests will enjoy a lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless-steel refrigerator / appliances, dishwasher, and other appliances to make meals a breeze – including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and an array of pots and pans. And, whether you’re enjoying a takeout meal from the many local restaurants or cooking a meal yourself, the kitchen is stocked with many basics to make grocery shopping less stressful. You’ll find stocked items including Dunkin' Donuts coffee, creamer, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc.
