About this property

Casa Blanca D-406 · Pet Friendly · Sea View Condo

This 2-bedroom unit is on the 4th floor in Casa Blanca Resort located in Sandy Beach area. It is a great place to relax, enjoy Resorts amenities and close to great fresh seafood restaurants.

Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a private bathroom, Guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and shares hallway bathroom. There is one additional sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy in unit is 8 guests.

The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from condo through the resorts pathways.



The Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink. Unit is equipped with air conditioning and heating, pirvate Wifi and Roku TV. The Laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use.



Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.



Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.



Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA

Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.

1st of many rocky point visits

This was our first time visiting rocky point. The location of property where we stayed was perfect. So close to the beach with a wonderful view. Everything was close by. Definitely staying here again.

Clean place, responsive owner...

Great place to stay! Love Casa Blanca and the location so close to downtown to visit places away from the tourist traps. Very clean, very responsive owner. If I could give any feedback is that I have never stayed in a place that turns off the water heater. I asked the owner and they replied right away. By then I found the switch to turn the hot water back on. Makes sense after I figured it out. The owner stated it was in a rules and regulations flyer but I never read it. Otherwise 5 stars all around! Great time, great town great owner. Really nice Internet!!! Nice and fast!! Thank you for the great experience!
