Dining room adjoins the kitchen and offer table and chairs for plus two bar stools. Master bedroom features a queen size bed with flat screen television and hallway bath access. Adjacent the bathroom is a large closet with sliding doors with a full size washer and dryer. Guest bedroom features a full size bed and offers access to the private backyard courtyard with table, chairs and two lounge chairs to soak up the sun or gaze up at the starry night sky. Additional amenities include Central Air Conditioning, full size washer and dryer, 2 flat screen tv's for streaming, BBQ grill, DVD player, FREE IN HOUSE WIRELESS INTERNET and outdoor patio furniture.
