Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available, and additional street parking for larger vehicles is available. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods "CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES" may be occurring at the street side of the property.
Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with one year leases available. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will have a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) imposed. Furnishings may vary from home to home and displayed photos in the ad may not show the actual furniture of the final rented home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the following items to small garage shelf: House Keys (2), Mailbox Key (1), Garage Remotes (2), Entry gate Remotes (2). Lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement charge of $50.00/each.
Home and Garage should be left in the same general condition as when you moved in. A walk-through may be scheduled, or it will be conducted after your departure to review condition and inventory.
Empty and wipe down cabinets, closets & furniture. Empty all trash cans, remove all food from refrigerator/pantry. Sweep lanais/patios (including basement) and wipe down exterior tables and chairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Gated Community: private street and parking area is under video surveillance. Always park cars in garage. Keep cars and home locked at all times.
Guests are responsible that Rental is left in same condition as was at check-in, shall be responsible for the costs of any damages and smoke damage.
Tenant(s) shall not be allowed to sublet Property. Noise must be kept to a minimum beginning 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Park in assigned garage please.

Why they chose this property

Golf Ridge located on the foothills overlooking Moanalua Golf Club, has a unique and storied history and one that includes witness to one of the very first flights in Hawaii.

It was December 31, 1910 in Hawaii’s Moanalua Valley and aviation was just getting started worldwide. The Wright Brothers had flown 7 years earlier in Kitty Hawk and now it was Hawaii’s turn to make history. With 3,000 spectators looking on and thousands more in the foothills overlooking Samuel Damon’s Moanalua Polo Field (Moanalua Golf Club), “Bud" Mars made the first airplane flights in Honolulu, Hawaii with his 32 foot long Diez-Schriver Biplane.
