Recently updated home with a brand new pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Enjoy beach life with the privacy of your own pool and hot tub. Have your coffee or wine out on the new dock while looking for manatees and dolphins. Outdoor living space includes a fully fenced in backyard with covered patio and 55 inch TV. There is also a wood burning fire pit for roasting s’mores. Take the bike path to the beach which is less than 1.5 miles, or hop in the car for a quick ride to explore downtown St. Pete.

There is a bonus room which includes a couch and bar area. Dining room also features waterfront view.

Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and new refrigerator. There is also a second fridge located in the garage.

Bedrooms

Two bedrooms both large enough to be the master. The first offers water views and a tempur-pedic king with adjustable base to raise and lower the head and foot of the bed. 32 inch tv and large closet.

The “master” has a private bath with walk in shower and a split king with adjustable base. The bed can be converted to twins if needed.

Amenities

Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi included. Washer and dryer and second refrigerator located in the garage.

There are two paddleboards that will be available for use during your stay. In addition there are his and her bikes that can be used.

The boat and boat lift is not included in the price, but the lift may be added for additional fee. The boat will not be available for use.

This space is perfect for a snowbird. Minimum one month rental. Property is available for February and March 2023, with an option to extend to April 15.
