Modern furnishings fill every room, including two luxurious king-sized beds, two twin beds, Smart TVs, high-speed wifi, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Toss leftover food (except unopened items/condiments) into the black bin by the house and take to curb. Recycling goes in blue bin—biweekly, no need to take out unless told.
Make sure all damp/wet towels are placed in the bathroom tub or shower. Strip beds of used linens, place on floor.
Please set thermostat to 80, ensure all doors and windows are locked and press the lock button on the front door pin pad upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
🐾 Well-behaved, house-trained pets welcome. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas/ticks. No dogs in pool or hot tub.
🚬 Patio smoking only. Please use the ashtray provided and empty it before you leave. Any cigarette butt cleanup will be charged at $250.
🏊 No glass near the pool or hot tub; shower before entering, ensure children are supervised at all times, and pool use is limited from 6am-9pm.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area is nice and has a pretty goo pizza restaurant just a short walk from the rental. The house was very clean, we felt safe, and my son really enjoyed the pool. The host was very polite and quick when I had a question. We would recommend and would love to return in the future.

Highly recommend!

We liked the location - walked to Sun Dial area and Marina nearby. Also sports bar and pizza place are a block away. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including containers for leftovers.

This house was just as beautiful as the pictures. Beds were comfortable, pool was perfect and host was accommodating to anything we needed. Location was great, neighborhood was peaceful. Look forward to staying again.

Come evening, this stretch transforms into one of Tampa Bay's most vibrant nightlife destinations — and the sparkling downtown waterfront is just beyond, perfect for morning runs, sunset strolls, or kayaking out onto the bay.
