Clean, organized,,quiet, private, secure, with wonderful views & nature. Comfortable memory foam mattresses & smart t.v.s in every room. This bungalow is simple with all necessities available. The entire property is fenced & gated with perimeter security cameras. We respect peoples privacy & will not disturb our guests. Gorgeous trees, landscaping & tastefully furnished. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped courtyard & watch birds & monster bucks while you relax outdoors. Only 15 minutes from the Royal Gorge Bridge & RR. 28 minutes to Colorado Springs, 20 minutes to Pueblo. MMJ allowed indoors, tobacco outside only. Deposit required for long term stays. $25 per pet fee.

Situated on top of a hill with many views, lots of sun and very little traffic. Private, exclusive parking for guests. Close enough to walk to Florence Breweries, Restaurants & Shopping. 3 minutes to the Arkansas River, 28 minutes to Colorado Springs & 20 minutes to Pueblo. 15 minutes to the Royal Gorge RR & Bridge.

What makes this property unique

There is a fenced courtyard for small pets & an adjoining fenced dog park for larger animals/exercise. There is plenty of private parking for atvs,boats, cars & campers that can securely be gated & locked away from public access.
