Beautiful 2-story, 3 br /3 bath desert retreat on a golf course. Enjoy the relaxing patio and proximity to shops and other golf courses. This is home away from home! Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor entertaining area for friends and family to spend fun time. Within a gated community, you will have access to any of the 25 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center and Clubhouse restaurant and bar!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The master bedroom features King bed, private balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and the course. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, shower, dual vanities and a walk in closet. The upstairs guest room features a king bed, en-suite bath w/ shower and a closet. The downstairs guest room features a queen bed and closet. The restroom is located in the hallway next to the bedroom.

INDOOR
Open living area features plenty of sitting arrangement for you and friends to relax by the fireplace. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and can be expanded if needed. The living room features a Smart TV w/ Cable Service. The kitchen features a breakfast table and is well stocked with utensils and everything you need cook up a feast. Upstairs lounge area offers a place to relax and enjoy a TV show. The unit features a full size washer and dryer, and a two car garage.

Patio features an outdoor table for 6 guests, a BBQ and firepit The community pool and spa is just a few steps away!

Very Nice

Everything was very nice, there was a knob missing here and a cracked dish but everything was VERY NICE. The only thing I could say is the AC was set at 74 which is ok for downstairs but another degree or 2 lower for upstairs would be ideal. But over all it was a 10 out of 10, property mgr was GREAT. Thank you very very much. I will reach out to every year moving forward…

I'm from Seal Beach and my kids and I love coming out to Palm Desert! We decided to share our property so that others get to enjoy it as much as we do. Desert Falls Country Club community is a great one to be in with lots of amenities for young and old to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Desert Falls Country Club has it all! Community pools, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, a great Club House! And the Golf course is just superb!

What makes this property unique

This is home away from home for us. Comfortable, well equipped, spacious enough so that we are not on top of each other and a great place for our friends and family to enjoy. Indoor as well as outdoor, it is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing.
