This is a lovely 2 BR Condo in a four story building overlooking one of the most lush, green valleys in all of the Texas Hill Country. It is private and sits on the beautiful Tapatio Springs resort. It is only 15 minutes away from Fiesta Texas and only 50 minutes from the number one water park in the world, Schlitterbahn, in New Braunfels, Texas.

The furniture is modern and luxurious. The granite countertops in the full kitchen make this an incredible getaway. Bring your family, there are two bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Two balconies overlook the driving range for a golf course that has a beautiful, signature hole every other hole.

Very good location for exploring the area. Excellent communication with manager. Easy going and friendly to work with. Challenging golf course is very close and open to public play but condos are not part of the resort. Excellent overall for us. We did not use pool.

Loved our stay. It’s located about 15 minutes outside the town of Boerne which made it easy to take day trips out into various parts of the Hill Country. Check in had a few bumps but the host was very responsive and got things sorted quickly

Needs updating and you can hear every move from the condo above. Overall clean and the view was amazing. Golf is easily accessible and the Club House was amazing for dinner and drinks.

Great Weekend Escape

This is our 2nd time staying at Tapatio Springs but wanted a new experience with our accommodations. Found this condominium on VRBO and couldn’t resist. The condo was lovely and would stay in them again. On a sad note, it was disappointing that the spa and gym had a fire the month before and we couldn’t use them. We had a Great Time and Loved the Condo! Thank you, thank you!

This place was sooo nice. This is located at Tapatio Springs and though we don't golf, the beauty of the property is amazing! We loved going to the restaurant/bar regularly, walking the property grounds and the close proximity to Boerne. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were here for two months and truly enjoyed our stay. Communicating with Pamela was always pleasant. She was super helpful and very nice! 5 stars for both the condo, property, and communication/interaction with Trophy Properties!

One of the best places we have stayed in. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, the pool was great, and the views were spectacular. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Love the proximity to San Antonio and the quiet small town atmosphere of Boerne while it is still large enough to have everything you need within minutes. Great way to spend our anniversary!

We loved the condo and our stay, we were a little disappointed with the check in/check out process as no info was ever updated in our reservation. We were told the condo would be unlocked when we arrived and it wasn’t. Very little communication from the owner. However, the condo was perfect for our needs & we loved the golf course and the restaurant/bar.

It was so hot when we arrived, it took the condo forever to cool off. The air was completely off. No paper towels on kitchen. No lid for blender.

Why they chose this property

This is the most beautiful valley we've ever seen in our lives. It's totally private, however, in 10 minutes we can be in the quaint, old small town of Boerne, walking up Main Street for one of the many throwback small town festivals, or eating in one of the restaurants or simply shopping. It's a great area for antiques as well. The wife that doesn't play golf heads to town while the husband and boys that do play get to play 36 a day and everyone is happy!

What makes this property unique

Full kitchen, full access to a host of resort amenities... or simply sit in the incredible luxury and rest. There are restaurants galore. Or, if you want the number one tourist trip in Texas, head to the famous San Antonio River Walk that's only 50 minutes away.
