This clean and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for Families, Friends and Divers! Sleeps 6-8. Kid Friendly. AC in bedrooms. The house has a back up generator so no power outages here!
Awesome Kitchen, large deck, outside shower/sinks, grill and a beautiful view!
It is a fantastic central location to explore the island not to mention less than 15 minutes from the best diving in the Caribbean!

Wonderful experience

Property was very nice and well maintained. The property manager Mary Pat was extremely helpful and turned out to be a new blessing and family friend! I definitely recommend booking this home with her!

Comfortable house with cool breezes

The home on St. john’s Estate is very comfortable with cool breezes and views of the ocean. The home is in the middle of St Croix so you can visit many beaches and either city. The house has a good flow with high ceilings. It was very clean. The kitchen is large with a large refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The dining and living rooms are comfortable. We had a rain storm and the back up generator came in handy. Mary Pat is a charming and delightful host. She streamed the Super Bowl so we could watch it.

Fabulous Mary Pat the multitasker

My family and I arrived to the location after dark, after dark in Saint Croix is really dark lol and even though Mary Pat texted us all the correct information we still had trouble finding the road in the dark. We made it through and on top of the hill with a fabulous Caribbean ocean view is the cutest turquoise house with 3 beds and 2 nicely appointed baths. The front doors are amazing as well as the doors leading to the porch where the view is awesome. There are very cute nooks around the yard, including a natural event and 2 chairs nestled in the mountain side as well as a hammock between 2 shade trees. The yard is lovely. The house had everything my family and I needed to cook, clean up and shower. Mary Pat has gone above average and anything I needed was already there, including some fabulous Cruzan Rum, thanks for that Mary Pat. We were able to get to know the owner of this fabulous property as she was also our real estate agent. While we met each day we got to know her and her fabulous dogs Harley and Charley. We found a great property and a great friend.
