Beautiful location and great condo

Great condo that was clean and well stocked with beach gear, all the kitchen items you could need and plenty of towels.We really enjoyed our time here! We had 3 other families staying at other GW condos while wet were here and the on-site grills / cooking / gathering space down by the pool were great!

Amazing week

The condo was perfect, we had 3 king beds, 3 bathrooms, perfect for couples with no kids. We all had our privacy. It was nice staying in a place that provided simple things like laundry soap, dryer sheets, diswasher soap etc. Host was very accommodating with any minor issues. Location was great, safe, and gorgeous beach, check in and out was a breeze. There is a bar and food at the beach as well. I would definitely come back to this property in the future!

awesome location

The location, pool, and beach were great. In our opinion this condo unit has the best view on the grounds. Our family felt safe on the grounds and Zonya, the social coordinator, was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo is a little rundown but the new owner is working on it. Washer and dryer look new, dishwasher still on order. We would definitely stay there again. My family thought the condo was a great find!

March vacation

Good location- loved the pool, snack shack and view of the ocean. Dishwasher and TV didn’t work. Dryer was finicky. Able to reach out to management but TV never got fixed.

Great location - condo in need of repair

Overall we were pleased with the property esp its location. The condo is in need of repair and cleaning- peeling paint, areas of mold/mildew, lots of dust in the bedrooms and the dishwasher was broken which was unfortunate as we prepared many meals in the kitchen and therefore spent time having to do the dishes which isn’t what we had planned for our vacation. Unfortunately the condo next door was having work done and we were awoken to drilling and banging 2 mornings at 6:30-6:45!!!! I contacted the 2 Genisis Property staff David and Zonya and never heard back from either of them. Not cool!!! If we return to Gentle Winds we would select a condo that has been taken better care of.
