I work as a yoga instructor, mindset coach, and vacation rental business owner who has lived along Colorado's front range for over 35 years. I'm passionate about lifelong growth and learning, and I love being a husband and father. I feel so blessed to live and work at the foot of Tava, aka Pike's Peak. I so enjoy sharing with guests the homes, experiences, and retreats we offer in this spectacular natural wonderland where we live.

Why they chose this property

The 1919 Main House, 1896 Cottage (aka The Nest), Hobbit House and 1/3 acre grounds are a surprising mix of private and ultra-convenient.

The owners are evolving their property into a retreat environment where people, groups, and communities can learn how to become more self-reliant, abundant, and joyful in this time of societal transition.

What makes this property unique

Half a block from historic downtown. Inquire with hosts about local connections and additional on-site and off-site services and packages, from sound healing treatments and herbs, to mindset coaching, yoga instruction, to discounts at local restaurants and the local spa.
