The house was fantastic - perfect location, private and stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay while we visited family who lived about 1/4 mile away. Check in was easy. For us (2 adults, 5 year old and almost 2 year old). There was more than enough space. It was clean and the bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable.

We traveled from Jacksonville to Wesley Chapel with 6 adults and 6 children. Once we walked in the kids were ready for the pool. We were able to see the surroundings but always enjoyed relaxing in the home. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great place

We came to Tampa for a soccer tournament and this place was just perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, the home was spacious and had more than what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house amenities. The owner was great with communication and went above and beyond so we could have a comfortable stay. 100% recommend.

Great place for families

My family stayed at this property to visit family in the Wesley Chapel area. The house fit all of us comfortably. Many days and evenings were spent in the pool. The host answered our questions very promptly. The neighborhood feels safe, and many sidewalks to go on walks/runs. Would recommend this property for those traveling with families and don’t mind staying “inland” a little bit.

Very clean spacious home for our Family.

This was the perfect space for our family to meet up and spend time together. Rooms and common areas were spacious and clean. Too cold to use the pool but very nice backyard space. Owner was very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving in Tampa

The house was located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood close to my mother's place. The indoor space was just right for our group of 11 and the outdoor pool was a hit with the grandchildren. The kitchen was very nice and the four bedrooms comfortable. Publix, Costco, and First Watch are all very close by. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt.

Furniture seems very cheap. Beds are not very comfortable at all. Had to ask what the check out process was and was told to make sure trash was taken out and to strip beds. When we stripped beds there was yellow stains on almost all beds and stains on the pillows. Otherwise house was nice for just a quick weekend trip to see family.

The girls Mud Girl Run get together

Location is excellent and central to alot of things to do. Very nice neighborhood.The pool area and screans could use a little TLC with some newer lounge chairs. There were six ladies ranging in age 52 thru 62.

Good location of our purpose. Check in process was easy. The house could use some updated kitchen utensils and towels. We paid for heating the pool and do glad we did. Rainy weekend but kiddos could still use pool. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Our stay here was Absolutely Amazing.This is such a beautiful home what you see is what you get.The host Hoang was very friendly and accessible. The house had all the amenities we needed and more! Stores and restaurants were all available with a short drive. I have nothing bad to say except we all wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Would I book here again??!! Yes you bet I will!

The space was plenty big for four of us. It was close to the ice rink, where we spent most of our time. We found a really nice bike path away from the highway and within walking distance. The neighborhood was great, and we really appreciated the screened in pool, especially in the evening.

Nice place

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Was great for a short stay. The only complaint I would have is that it seems the home wasn’t maintained/groomed that well. The grass was long, weeds around the pool area and AC filter was pretty dirty. The good: great water pressure and plenty of hot water for multiple guests, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, quiet neighbors, close to many eateries and shopping locations as well as being a short drive to Tampa area attractions.
