Great place to stay. View from deck/balcony is a lake with the golf course in the background. Lots of bird activity on the lake. Nicely furnished and quiet. Would definitely do it again.

Stay at Saddleback

The kitchen was well equipped. While basically very clean, we had to buy a scour brush to clean the mold around the floor edges in the showers. Yes, we had access to the pool area but there was an additional $50 charge per person per day just to sit by the pool. The wi-fi worked fine to use the computer, but the last week we were there, I had Zoom meetings that I got cut out of with the message that the Wi-fi was unstable, The view was lovely and the televisions worked just fine.

Nice place but somewhat lacking

The condo has a very attractive decor and is conveniently located in the complex. The layout of the interior space was comfortable and efficient, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Property manager was very nice and communicated well except for one day when she had told me she would come to install a new cable box and didn’t let me know until the end of that day that she couldn’t come until the next day. This was after I had postponed other plans and waited around all day. Opportunities for improvement in the unit would be to upgrade the beds and bedding. The mattresses and sheets were uncomfortable. The carpet was stained in several places, and the Teflon pans were scratched. Overall, though, this was a nice place and I enjoyed my stay.

I was in town on business and found this unit to be within minutes of my project. The ease of shopping and dining was a bonus as I cook 99% of my meals so finding a Walmart, Publix, and Sam's within 5 miles was double bonus. The communication with the owner or manager was exceptional and I will be using this property again for future projects.

Saddlebrook

Pros: Saddlebrook is close to shopping, eateries and interstate. Grounds are serene, picturesque and safe. Pet friendly unit pictured as is and free parking. Cons: Lackluster housekeeping and furniture damage encountered at check-in. Rich sent a repairman nextday and offered an apology with concessions. Overall, fair value for the money!

Located overlooking the largest lake in Saddlebrook. Our guests love sitting on the patio and watching the golfers and wildlife that surround the lake. This unit features hardwood floors in the common areas and high end furniture.
