It is so wonderful walking into a rental where everything is as expected. The house was so cute, nicely furnished, had a stocked kitchen, and most importantly, the home was very clean!! Additionally, the home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Lastly, Veronica was wonderful; she was always responsive to any questions and she kindly let us check in a little earlier to coincide with our schedule. I would definitely rent this home next time I am in town and would highly recommend it to any family.

We had a great stay. The house is very clean and is a great location. Convenient to 75 and all of the attractions in Tampa. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the game room playing pool! Our host was very friendly and communicative, the house was clean and exactly as it was listed, and we were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect for us to get to downtown Tampa and several other locations. Beds are comfy, we sat out on the screened in porch and even got a few games of pool in. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

I moved to the Tampa Bay area over 30 years ago. My husband and I both graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Engineering and currently work from home. We are a family of five and have traveled to several places throughout the years. We have stayed in hotels for the most part and on some occasions thought of how our stays could have been better. We had the opportunity to become short term rental hosts and we jumped at the opportunity. While I'm the main host, my husband is always ready to help when needed. We both aim for perfection in everything we do, and this is no exception. Our goal is for our guests to have a wonderful/relaxing experience on our rentals.

Why they chose this property

This house is located in an HOA which means, the owners pretty much need to follow certain rules to keep the neighborhood beautiful and safe. I personally inspect the house before each reservation to make sure everything is ready by the time you check-in.

This house is just a short walk from the community pool and is conveniently located near Tampa Premium Outlet, Shops at Wiregrass, AdventHealth Center, dining, supermarkets, and I-75/275.
