The Space:

LIVING AREA:



This house features an open concept design with a spacious living room. Enjoy a movie night on the 70" flat screen TV with full access to Sling TV.



KITCHEN & DINING:



If you prefer a night in, make delicious homemade meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table for six with a beautiful view of the pool. The breakfast 3-person dinette is the perfect place to share a morning cup of coffee.



BEDROOM/BATHROOM AREAS:



This ranch style home features four bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests comfortably.



The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and dresser as well as a bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a separate free-standing tub. There is direct access to the pool through the bathroom as well as via the sliding doors inside the bedroom.



The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen and a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms situated near these bedrooms.



If you need to spend some time working, there is an office area with a desk.



OUTDOOR AREA:



Large sliding glass doors take you out to a gorgeous covered patio situated next to a sparkling blue swimming pool. After a long day at the beach, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower in the fully fenced in backyard. Wrap up the perfect evening by enjoying dinner on the covered patio or snuggled up on the sofa reading a good book.

During your stay you will have access to a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a reverse osmosis water purification system as well as SlingTV on the 70" flat screen in the living room.



There are various beach related items available: 4 fold out beach chairs, umbrella, toys and towels.



The long driveway holds up to five vehicles.



The bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner and soaps for your use as well as a hair dyer.



Getting Around:

Schedule a ride on the vintage trolley to Sailfish Marina on Thursday nights to enjoy live music, street vendors and delicious grouper dogs and conch fritters!



Other Things to Note:

Boat trailer parking is available at Phil Foster park for up to 24 hours and at Lake Park Marina. Onsite boat trailer parking is not permitted and will be subject to fees from the City and HOA.



No parties or large gatherings.



Street parking is not permitted but the driveway can easily accommodate 5-6 vehicles.

We were in town for a baseball tournament with two families. The house layout is perfect for multiple families to allow space and bathrooms. The house has great outdoor space and was very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and nice neighborhood on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Vacation

Lots of Great things about this property. Really comfortable for large group we had six adults and four children. Pool was very nice and location is wonderful. Walk to a beautiful beach and many things to do in the area. Host was very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Perfect jumping off point for our business meetings

My partners and I had several meetings in the area and this property was the perfect "home base" for our appointments. It was also the perfect spot to decompress after a long day.

Beautiful neighborhood, 2 blocks to beach. Walk to restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing. We have been to Singer 7 times and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Perfect family stay!

Six adults and 4 kids, plus a toddler were very comfortable with all of the space and beds! A bonus for us was the swim alarm in the pool, as well as alarms on all doors that exit to the pool. Plenty of rafts for the pool. A short walk with the sand wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, and cooler made a day at the beach super easy. Great location and nice neighborhood!

Beautiful home and Property.

You have a beautiful home and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was a breeze. We met a couple of your neighbors, they were great about giving us local restaurant ideas. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our only hiccup was difficulty in opening the sliding door to the patio, it was heavy and not easy to slide, but we managed. I would choose this property if I am ever in the area again.

Great Location, Could Use some updates

The Good: The location is fantastic. Very near the beach and in a nice residential neighborhood. The house is very spacious and well stocked. The landlord was responsive to issues and corrected them right away.The Not so Good: The furnishings and bedding are what we decided to call "well loved". Stains and frayed fabric on sofas, pillows and bedding. Carpets need cleaning. The posts for the patio are metal and nearly rusted through. A hazard with young children. Overall: It's a good rental that could be a great rental with a little TLC.

Mother's Day at Sunset

Comfort, Relaxation and Peace All in One PlaceThe accommodations at Sunset were absolutely perfect. The house was clearly staged with comfort and relaxation in mind. We never felt like we were camping. We felt like guests at a friend's house. The rooms were well attended and beautifully decorated, and felt like a true sanctuary. The beds were incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and the linens were soft and luxurious. The Kitchen amenities and appliances were perfect.The common spaces were just as lovely, offering cozy spots to relax, connect, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. Whether it was enjoying a cup of tea on the lanai, or lounging in/ by the pool everything felt inviting.What stood out most was how every part of the space felt warm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind and be present. It was the perfect setting to rest, reflect, and restore.

Great spacious house near the beach

The house was spacious and had everything you need. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the little attention such as the coffee maker and plastic glass to bring to the beach or pool. Pool was also really nice and had an outdoor shower to clean feet or sand. The ice maker was also very nice. Beds were very comfortable and we had to walk less than 7 minutes to get to the beach. Calm neighboordhood. Only reason I am not giving it a 5 stars is because one set of sheets were dirty (or stain, not sure) and the host couldn't accommodate us for a late check out even though we ask well in advance. I would still 100% recommend staying there. Thank you!
