INTERIOR: Inside, the open-concept living area features a stylish modern sectional and high-end furnishings surrounding a 63" Smart TV with cable — perfect for watching your favorite sports or shows. The space flows into a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, all while enjoying stunning views of the backyard oasis through expansive glass sliders.

The master bedroom is tucked away in its own private wing of the house and overlooks the pool and backyard. It features a king bed, en suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and jetted tub/shower combo, a spacious walk-in closet, and private sliding doors that open directly to the patio.

The second bedroom (the Wave Room) includes two twin beds, a beautifully painted wave mural, and a large closet — bringing the beach vibe indoors and making it ideal for kids or friends.

The third bedroom (the Pink Room) is spacious and bright, with two queen beds, luxury linens, a full-length mirror, large closet, and sliding doors leading straight to the pool area.

OUTDOOR: Step outside to your private backyard oasis — a true highlight of the home. Lounge by the sparkling pool, dine al fresco at the large outdoor table, or practice your short game on the putting green. Fire up the grill and easily pass food and drinks through the bar window that connects to the kitchen.

Walk to the beach in under five minutes along a private beach access trail. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, toys, and umbrellas to ensure the perfect beach day. Afterward, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower before returning to your own slice of paradise.

In the garage, you'll find a washer and dryer, along with a ping pong table. The home is also stocked with pool floats, board games, and cornhole for extra fun. Amazing snorkeling and excursions to Peanut Island are just minutes away.
