Simply Elegant WPB Singer Island Heated Pool Home-walk to Beach

Casa Blanca exquisite, European style large open concept built beach home, in a GREAT location only 2 blocks from the beach and quick drive or walk to Sailfish Marina Resort of Palm Beach Shores. Where you can also Catch a quick water taxi ride over to Peanut Island, Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Inside the house and poolside you can unwind, relax, tan, work or enjoy the family. The Master bedroom is on the west wing of the house and the remaining bedrooms are on the right wing of the house. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are extra large. The 4th bedroom with the 2 twin beds is a good sized room.

The home is decorated with modern and contemporary pieces, and feels like a beach home. When you are in the home it feels spacious, is clutter free and has everything you need and then some. Terrific for "Girls Getaway” or "Guys golfing/fishing trip” as well as family trip, honeymooners, and business trips. The smart TVs, 1) in the living room has a 50 inch screen, 2) the master bedroom has 42 inch screen, and 3) king bedroom.

The space is Private and very quiet. The house gets flooded with natural light every day. Shades can be closed to keep the house even cooler and for napping in the day. The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed. You can tell everyone is on beach time. Located only a short walk to the beach and to Sailfish Marina Resort... for the best brunch, shopping and catching the water taxi to Palm Beach. Rental bikes and water gear are less than 5 min away. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Gas station 2 min away. Hair and nail salon only 3 blocks away. Shopping only 3 min away. The home was gutted and remodeled in 2018-2019. The pool is cleaned weekly.

Guest Access - The entire house is yours EXCLUSIVELY!
Please note that my maximum number of guests is 8. However, I will consider 10, if and only if you discuss with me in advance, and there will be an additional $50 (per person), one time fee for each additional guest!

For your convenience and privacy there is a coded lock on the front entrance of the house, so you don't need any keys to worry about during your stay. My property manager Mindy is always available should there be any issues.

Fantastic, roomy home a short walk from the beach, the marina, shopping, and more. Home was better equipped than almost any other place I've rented in the past 20 years -- had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Pool was warm and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for lounging and dining. Location is impeccable. My only quibbles are that there was an error in the listing amenities and that the grill wasn't fully functional (I couldn't get it to get above 300F). Both things I'm sure will be addressed in short order by the property manager. 100% recommend -- will stay again.

The location and the space was perfect.. This unit was clean and ready on time. The rooms were spacious but they could use some mirrors. The unit next door (east) should be sighted for light pollution. The motion light goes off every 10 minutes and flood the rooms with light all night.

Lovely Girls Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay here. It's a very quick walk to the beach and to restaurants by the beach, and the furniture had been updated since pictures were last posted to VRBO. The pool was amazing since it was a little too hot some days to lay out on the beach.

A Tropical Oasis! You will love the Island's breezes. This home is perfect because of the open concept layout and the privacy of each room. It's beautiful and spacious. And second location location location.... It's located in a prime location and convenient distance to all the hot spots.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is peaceful, private and fenced in. Wonderful for working outside and perfect for outdoor dining or reading a book by the pool. Kids will enjoy the water toys and wagon to go to the beach.
