Comfortable 3 bedroom home located in the heart of Cable with easy access to all the adventures of Chequamegon National Forest. Hiking and snowmobile trails right outside your door. Birke and North End ski trailheads within a five minute drive. Pedal to CAMBA and other mountain bike trails. Public docks on Lake Namakagon, Lake Owen and numerous other lakes within a short drive. Canoe/kayak put-in to Namakagon River less than a mile away. Class A trout streams within 2 miles.

Bayfield, one hour to the north, is a historic harbor town with quaint shops and restaurants. It is the main gateway to the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in Lake Superior. Take a ferry to Madeline Island for biking and hiking. Ferries also go to other islands, several with lighthouses. Get in touch with the big water of the Great Lakes by sea kayaking, fishing, and sail boating.

The home has 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, a full kitchen, dining table with seating for up to 10; comfortable living room with a 65" 4K HDTV and seating for 8. Head outside to play games or enjoy the fire pit in wooded rear yard. One bay of the garage is available for you to use to store bikes, skis, snowmobiles and other gear. The whole house was renovated in 2023, including new flooring. refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

Perfect Cable Cabin!

We stayed here for our daughter's ski races nearby and love how we are right next to Velo, Rivers Eatery, and the grocery store. Beautiful cabin with great decor and all the amenities!

This house is a spotless, convenient gem. Our family of five adults enjoyed walking to shops, restaurants, and museums, and loved playing ping pong. It was a very nice package of amenities, so that we could start the fun and relaxation right away. This was our second stay, and we'll be back.

Excellent in town location with museum across the street and restaurants in walking distance too. House designed for vacationers! Comfy beds, big cozy couch and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. They've really thought of everything!

Super homebase for Cable area

This house was perfect for our time in Cable. It was all new inside, simple and spotlessly clean. 5 adults were able to relax together and come and go on foot in town. The matresses were excellent. The ping pong table was a big hit. It could not have been more comfortable. We shall return!

Outstanding Property - A Gem in the Heart of Cable!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property. It was the perfect setting for a small reunion of older adults to reconnect & enjoy outdoor activities. We were impressed by how CLEAN and well-maintained the house and grounds were. We were also appreciative that the home was well organized & stocked with supplies. The owner's effort and attention to detail ensured that our stay enjoyable & stress-free. The pictures properly represent the house & property including very comfy beds, elegant furniture, a nicely-outfitted kitchen,& immaculate appliances. The outdoor space was very pleasant including Adirondack chairs, yard games, and a fire-pit. Great for a group. One of the standout features was the responsiveness and forethought of the owners. It is evident that they care about the guest experience. We all agreed that it was a great property & would stay here again. I would HIGHLY recommend to others!
