We loved our stay and so happy to have found this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We loved the outside porch and views. It was very relaxing.
This property was just as pictured and the owner was super nice in our communications. We booked for a reading retreat and it was so quiet and peaceful!
We were in town for the State Softball tournament. We wanted a place that was close but also quiet. This was the best of both worlds. When we are back this way we will definitely be staying again. Billie was wonderful!!!! Thanks again for the stay!
Billie was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. My buddies and i were on a motorcycle trip and with the threat of severe storms, she was nice enough to allow us to park under the covered front patio. The cottage was clean, and had everything we could need. Billie even gave us a charcuterie board! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Very clean and cozy! Easy access and close to town and only about 40 miles from Branson. In the country so nice and quiet.

If 6 stars was an option I’d happily give it to this Cottage. Extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was in a fantastic location. So much better than any hotel, will be using this location again when visiting!
very well done decor and just the right amount of "extras" - like coffee and hot chocolate etc.
The house was amazingly clean - very likely to stay there again.
We stayed for one night while we explored the Buffalo River area. The cottage was extremely clean and updated with everything you could need. The fireflies and bright stars at night made this stay so magical and relaxing, highly recommend!
Location was 45 +/- minutes from Branson. It was easy to get to eventhough it was a bit of a hike. Since it is pet friendly we had pet hair on our clothes/ belongings. However, this did not subtract from the overrall cleanliness. We would stay here again!
The cottage was spacious, clean, well equipped and very peaceful. It’s a beautiful, about 30 minute drive, to Ponca where many of the trailheads are and about 20 minutes to Jasper. The value for cost is excellent as it can sleep up to 6 people. I’d highly recommend!
Location was wonderful. Just far enough outside the city to be quiet and safe for children to run around, but close enough to be in the city in a few minutes. Good communication from host made finding the place much easier than Google Maps tried to make it.
It's surrounded by farms & beautiful mountain scenery. The property is very well taken care of and has a comforting feel. Property contact was super nice & accommodating. Really appreciated my stay at this property. I would rent here again!!
Clean and modernized farm house. Located in a quiet farm area. Had everything we needed. Billie thought of everything for us. We loved our stay. We especially enjoyed the quiet nights on the porch. The location was perfect to see the surrounding sites.
The property was better than the pictures even show! Super clean…everything looks like it’s a new property. The location was perfect…quiet and beautiful scenery, but central to hiking and fishing. Can be at a restaurant within 15-20 minutes. The host was also super…responded within minutes to any questions, and super helpful navigating the area since I’d never been in the area. Will definitely stay here again
It was just as described. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family of 5 would stay here again.
