This stay was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The main reason we booked this property was for the pool, but it was dirty and unusable for most of our stay—we were only able to use it for half a day.Inside the home, the cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and we even encountered roaches, which is completely unacceptable. There were multiple maintenance problems as well, including cabinet doors that stick and visible damage throughout the home.Overall, the property looks much better in the photos than it does in person. The listing is misleading, and the condition of the home did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here.

Comfortable, convenient, and calm.

The perfect vacation getaway. Everything you need is all there. It’s the perfect little house with the pool with a lake..We actually hit yo see an alligator. The beds were so comfortable, better than any hotel and more convenient.

Overall the property was fare. I wouldn't stay more than 2 nights. There was insufficient kitchen ware, the pool lacked attention and the furniture was defeated (as a matter of fact my bestie cut his foot on the futon).

Lots of room, good communication

This property was ideally located for us and provided plenty of room for our family, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There’s even a bathroom that opens to the pool area (with deadbolt). Check-in was easy and communication was prompt and friendly. There we’re a few small handyman issues, but nothing that impacted our stay. There aren’t currently a lot of dishes or extra kitchen items, but we only ate breakfasts there so that wasn’t a big problem for us. Very well located for visiting our family in St Cloud. The neighborhood seemed quiet and neighbors were friendly.

The host was quick to respond with my questions and concerns. The cleaners are not very good. Hair was left all over the sink looked like a man had shaved his face. Kitchen Cabnets were all sticky and nasty. The pool wasn’t clean and the pool net was too old and dry rotted to get anything out of the pool. The kitchen was not very stocked with supplies. We are not hard to please but I wasn’t pleased with this stay.

I am not rent the house again

The garage door is broken, the bathroom door that leads to the pool is broken, the kitchen oven is broken, the pool is dirty, it doesn't have a grill, all the furniture in the house is old, it looks like they bought it at garage sales, the shower in the master bedroom is leaking water everywhere, I'm so sorry but it's the truth...

Not as expected.

Broken umbrella laying on deck, pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile . Pool wasn’t full and cold. I expected a few more amenities like some K cups to come with house. Most bathrooms only had 1 roll of t.p., so I’m glad we weren’t staying multiple nights.

Frustrating

I believe we were the first one month renters of this property . There were at least 6 items/issues that needed attention during our stay that required our coordinating with the owner , the local manager ( who was not available for half of our stay) and the handyman.The issues were eventually resolved.
