The kitchen was very well supplied with essential cooking pans, pots, and silverware. Accommodations were very comfortable. We would stay again, but please don’t book too early so we still have a chance to reserve it!. Cheers
We had a great time. It was a great location - close to town lift and bars and restaurants (prob. a 8 min walk to be exact). Hot tub worked great and plenty of room.
Highly recommend this property. Short walk to the park city base and also a short walk to downtown park city. House is clean, organized, & very well stocked. Management/owner are very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
Nice property in Park City. In quiet neighborhood but still easy walk of 2-3 blocks to get to Old Town Park City. Plenty of space and bedrooms and beds for our large group. Clean, nice, everything worked for us.
Michelle's property was PERFECT for our group and location was unmatched! We didn't need to rent a car for our trip as everything we needed was in walking distance. The group overall was very pleased.
A group of us used this property for a ski trip and loved it. House is as pictured, very well kept up and spacious! Great location if you want to stay close to Main Street and the Town Lift. We were able to walk to everything. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Hosts were gracious to let us use the garage for secure bike parking during our stay. We found the property to be well appointed and the property manager was responsive to txt and email for the few questions we had. I'd highly recommend this place for others looking to come riding in Park City during the summer.
Had everything we needed for our family ski vacation. Good location to slopes and for evening dinners in downtown park city. Great stocked Kitchen. Hot tub was great. A couple of minor things that could be improved.... sectional couch in family room (peices are not attached to each other), driveway was difficult to use due to un shoveled snow, some bathtubs did not have mats so were very slippery. Would stay here again.
We were a family of 5 adults who stayed for three nights in late March. The home was spotless and beds were comfortable-pictures accurately depict the property. We enjoyed the electric fireplace while watching TV and cooking dinner. Excellent cooks in our party had all the pots, pans and utensils they needed. Have never stayed at a rental with a kitchen so well stocked with all a cook needs and with ample paper products for our stay. Access to the slope and Town Lift were about 3 blocks at the end of the street. We would stay here again.
Nice house on Norfolk Street. Three separate bedrooms, plus bunk room on bottom floor and a pull out couch also available in a semi private area. 4 1/2 baths. Kitchen well stocked. Gas fireplace and outdoor hot tub. Garage and on site parking available. Everything worked fine. The walk to downtown and back can be a bit strenuous for those out of shape - perhaps 1/3 mile - but the combination of altitude and hills can cause heavy breathing! But that’s not their issue :). Overall, fine stay. Thank you

Great Location!
Overall we had a great stay. We were in town for a friends ski trip and the house was very close proximity to everything! There was a big storm that came in the night before, which caused cleaning delays, and the home wasn’t fully ready and clean until after 7 PM, but the property manager was gracious enough to let us drop off our belongings so we could make it to a dinner reservation.
There was also a pretty bad leak in the home that dropped onto the stairs, but this did not impact our stay too bad, as we just laid down towels. Check out time indicated 11 AM online, but the property manager was gracious to let us check out a bit later as we had issues at check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to any of our friends!

Unfortunately the snow storm delayed the cleaners from getting into Park City until late but they worked hard to get it clean and ready for the guests.
This group had a big party until 2:00 am in the morning - causing two neighbors to call and complain about the loud music coming from the house and lots of loud noise. It clearly states in the contract no parties and there is a 10:00 PM curfew in Park City. Very disappointing at the lack of respect to the neighbors and the owner with the loud noise and unauthorized party.
This house was lovely. There was a lot of space with many rooms, and the condo was conveniently located. We didn't have any complaints other than the lack of heat and warm water. The thermostats would not budge; I didn't mind being chilly in bed with warm blankets, but a few of the other guests woke up each morning complaining about the temperature. We also had minimal hot water: I told the hosts who said they would fix it for us, then told me that it was the result of us taking too many showers at the same time. I thought that was reasonable, however, a few days I was the first of the group awake at 6am and the water was still lukewarm. I've stayed with large groups in condos in Park City many times and never had this issue, but we went with it and started taking very quick showers. Other than that, the rest of our stay was lovely and we really loved this house!

Yes, as soon as we go the call, we went to the house to see what the issue was. It was not something we could fix immediately. We called the boiler technician, and he also quickly came over to fix the issue. He ordered some parts and restored the heat and hot water. It appeared that the new boiler system that had been upgraded to heat the driveway during the fall was calling for most of the hot water from the house. The technician repaired the problem and heat, and hot water was restored for the guests.

NO hot water
The house is dated but we looked past that given the proximity to Main Street. The real issue was that there was no hot water for the majority of our stay. They sent their contractor out to investigate. He shared there is one system to heat the driveway, radiant heat in the house and the water. When it snows, it diverts to the driveway and that is probably the issue. Essentially, too much for one heater to handle. Ultimately, the water was freezing, and our party was unable to shower. Those who did had to get in and out quickly because of how cold it was. Wr made the most of it and enjoyed our trip but were disappointed that this issue was not highlighted or rectified. We would have NEVER have agreed to stay in this house if we knew we would not have hot water. Would not recommend.

We are sorry about the Hot water issue during your stay. The contractor who put in the heated driveway assured us that this issue was fixed back in January. As soon as you called, we came out and also called the contractor who installed the boiler system for the driveway to come out and reevaluate the problem. He spent two days there off and on and talked with you as well. He assured us this time it is fixed, and we should not have any further issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We have no control over mechanical issues like this, but we act quickly to get them resolved.
Our family enjoyed the stay. The house was still being set up for renters, but it was great. After a little hiccup on check in the stay was great. We Ubered around town- much easier than driving. It is about .3 miles from the town lift and .4 from the base area of Park City Mountain for skiers. The house was well stocked and thr Wi-Fi and tvs worked well. Bring a log in for Netflix, Amazon, etc. Overall we loved it and recommend it highly.
