This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a wonderful family time while visiting Texas Tech with our daughter. The house had everything we needed as we packed light for our roadtrip. We even had coffee which helped to get on the road fast. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well!. The patio made it easy and spacious for him.

Stayed here to move my freshman into Tech. Host was great with communication. Location was convenient and having the 2 car garage was a major benefit. Great interior space. Only cons were minor - annoying barking dog next door, patio area needs a good cleaning and new rug. Both bathrooms could use new hardware in the showers - it was hard to figure out the hot water in the master bath when the handle never stopped spinning. Overall experience was very good and I’d stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback, Dani. I do apologize for the backyard area. We had a sudden and hard rain that hit out of nowhere and when that happens, unfortunately, it makes a mess of everything. I’ve already ordered a new rug for that space. Have a good day.
