The Bird’s Nest Studio: Steps from the Beach

Life Bucerias, the new and most desired destination in the Golden Zone. In the heart of Bucerias, our condo is 1 block from the Beach and a 20 min drive to/from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Nearby you will find plenty cafes, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and taxi stations. La Cruz is a 15 min drive to get fresh fish. Sayulita and San Pancho are a must visit destination for surfing and great food and drinks fun getaways.
Guest access
All amenities are available for your use including pool and jacuzzi, on site gym and some restaurants. starting Dec 2022, Life condos have opened a Steakhouse atop the building. It’s called Meet Meat with breathtaking views of Banderas Bay.
Other things to note
This building is very secure. You will be checking in a lobby. The parking gate is also handled by security.
Everything is electric, no gas.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

*Please turn off the AC *report any damages to Managment *Please make sure key is back in the lock box and door is locked and closed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fee of $125 deducted upon cancellation. Guest is required to sign Renter Agreement. Security Deposit of up to $300. Min age to rent is 21.

Renter Agreement must be signed 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. *Pets must be housebroken and not left at home alone.
