This property was one of the nicest and cleanest air B&B's that I have ever stayed in. The area was quiet and came equipped with any amenity that we could need. We would highly recommend this stay!

The property manager replied quickly to any messages. The cottage was clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. I did feel the front bedroom needed non-sheer center curtains for privacy as well as the slider since you could see in the sunroom door to the living room. The unheated sunroom had 3 screen panels in & was too cold to use most of the time. There was no parking at the cottage and parking was down near the pickle ball courts. We had to pull up to unload and load plus pick up a person in our party that used canes or a walker each time we went out. This could be a problem for older parties. The cottage is in the back of the resort (.75 miles) and going 10 mph with high speed bumps it takes awhile. The pool was nice.This unit required us to bring our own towels, sheets and paper items which I probably would not choose to do again since I dont like making up beds and bringing home extra laundry. The cottage had a check out survey which was nice. No other place I have stayed has done this. Overall it was a good experience but some features in the cottage could be improved.

Perfect Time

The cttage was just lovely! They had taken care of our needs wonderfully. I hope to stay there again when we return to Maine! Kathleen, the property manager was so perfect and lovely to work with! She was always available and constantly wanting to provide us the very best!!

Beautiful home in a great location in Wells! The space was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax. The cottage was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The place was very cozy, and we would definitely stay here again!
