Beach Dreams with all the upgrades! New rates and 3 night minimum for Sept / Oct

This cottage is a favorite for renters. It is in Yacht Club Village Unit #274 at Beach Dreams. It is on the left hand side before the main pool area, which makes it a short walk for you to all of the amenities. This cottage has many upgrades. The living room and kitchen has hard wood floors. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42 inch HD plasma TV with Roku. The three season porch has a full size futon providing additional sleeping to accommodate up to five people. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Every room has a ceiling fan and the cottage has its own WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked for those nights you would like to cook in. There is an outside gas grill with a bistro table and two chairs if you would like to eat outside. This cottage is beautifully decorated and will provide you with everything you need for a great vacation!

Please Note: You must provide your own linens and towels.

Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Fall rentals are available with a 3 night minimum.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis / pickleball and bocce courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area.
Wonder Mountain Fun Park is right around the corner. There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

The four of us had a delightful stay at this sweet property! We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and felt right at home in the coastal decor. The place was quiet, had very comfy beds, had all we needed to make delicious meals and was within minutes of our favorite places.We cannot wait to return!

Cottage at Beach Dreams

The cottage was clean, adequate utensils in kitchen for cooking, comfortable furniture and very firm mattresses. We have stayed in Beach Dreams location twice before. It is close to restaurants, shopping, beach and tourist attractions.

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was immaculate, very well stocked, everything worked good. Location is great! Communication with the owners was efficient and easy. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Dreamy Beach dreams

The cottage was very clean with two bedrooms which made it just the right size for my sister and me. Peaceful and quiet. Yet close to all the amenities Wells has to offer.

Cozy Cottage

This beach cottage has a wonderful location in Wells - close to many beaches! It is clean and well-appointed. It has access to a large pool and hot tub. We had an excellent visit and will look to stay here again! Thank you!

Great cottage!!

We loved our stay at this cottage. It was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed. We took advantage of the community pool in walking distance. The beach was also a quick drive. Definitely would recommend. We’re already planning when we can book again!

Very nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. The bedroom is a little tight. We just found it a little difficult with 2 couples and only 1 bathroom. Otherwise it is a nice property and I would highly recommend it.

Great location

This rental in Beach dreams was a great location. We were able to walk to the pool, hot tub and club house. The house had mostly everything we wanted. There were no utensils for eating lobsters that we had gotten . The sofa and chair in the living room were dirty and stained. But other than those things we had a great time

We are sorry you did not find the utensils. There were two sets in the silverware drawer. With regard to the sofa and chair, they have been cleaned however some stains could not be removed. Thank you for your feedback.

Clean cute cottage

Very clean. Space was perfect for my husband & I. Everything was exactly as pictured The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the curtains in the bedrooms- they barely fit the windows & would have been nice if they had block out curtains. Everything else was great though.

Nice Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. This is a very cute beach cottage with many amenities. The clubhouse and pools are nice, too. I would just say that the bedrooms do not have blackout curtains, they are sheer and do not fit across the entire window, so the rooms do get quite bright when the sun comes up. This was tough especially with children who woke up with the sun. Otherwise just be aware you do need to provide your own sheets, towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), which can be difficult when traveling from out of town.

Better luck next time

The property was very nice and only issues was with the weather. Very hot and humid first week (ac had a hard time cooling it.)and rainy and hurricane second week. Had to check out early as storm was approaching. Did leave message for home owners but didn’t hear anything back. The location is excellent and the cottage is very cute.

Cute cottage

The cottage was well stocked and worked out well for family reunion. Beach Dreams is a large complex and we had difficulty finding the unit. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Great Vacation!

We had a little trouble getting into the property but the owner is so responsive and was timely in his communication so it was a short blip. We loved the property, the location is perfect and overall was a great experience. Would definitely stay there again if we revisit that part of ME.

Summer 2022

This cottage was in a good location for us . It was very nice on the inside. Although I wish it had two bathrooms. The AC wasn’t my favorite,it was one large unit in the living room.It did a great job in the living and kitchen but not so much in the bedrooms. Also quite noisy when watching TV as it was just above it. All in all it was good for us.

Wonderful Ocean Vacation

This cottage was a wonderful experience! It was just as the description said. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully! The sun porch made the whole cottage feel bright and roomy. We would definitely stay here again! The Beach Dreams atmosphere, pool and lovely flowers and landscaping were enjoyed very much by all!

Excellent vacation getaway

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for 4 adults. It was very quiet there making for a very restful time. It was very close to area beaches, restaurants. And activities. We will definitely rent it again next year!
