The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This home was custom built with double doors and bigger bathrooms. All three bathrooms have showers which is a great plus. There are 6 beds along with 3 full size sofas that can be slept on. This house is in the heart of Turlock. We also have another house directly across the street so if your traveling with a large group 30plus you can easily stay together.

Horrible Host and property is misrepresented! It states there is WiFi and two king size beds and that’s why we chose this property. We had 4 adults and 6 kids with us so the beds were a huge deal. There were no king beds and I was never given the correct WiFi. The home only had twin and full size beds. We stayed 12 days and I tried numerous times to get solutions and the host was uncooperative. When I was able to talk to host he had no idea there were no king beds and the condition of the home. He stated he’s in Denver and he doesn’t have anyone managing the property. I would have been happy to have him or a manager come see the condition of the place. The home was dirty when we arrived. Had only spoons for silverware and only a couple pans with handles falling off. Garage was used for storage and we couldn’t use it. I had to purchase pans, silverware, pillows, wash clothes and air mattresses to stay there. I had to pay someone back home to do work for me since I couldn’t get WiFi. When we arrived there were dirty items in the washer. VRBO says they have a guarantee and that was a joke! I called 4 times. The first time I was told they would have host find solutions or move us or give us a refund . Neither happened. I called back three other times and the host hung up on VRBO and they couldn’t refund me without him approving. The home is very outdated, pillows are extremely thin and not enough of them. Bed sheets were dirty. Skip this one!! I would never stay again!
