The neighborhood appeared to be unsafe. Roads were blocked getting to the location. Neighbor said for safety reasons. There was garbage left right outside the kitchen and a pile of laundry in the bedroom.
The host had me waiting 4 hours to check in only to tell that he don’t know when I can check in leaving me and my family at the last minute with nowhere to go and my money was tied up with the reservation so he told me to rebook so I wouldn’t have to wait so someone else can book leaving me hanging and left to try to find something at the last minute with no money the area is weird look like some wrong turn type stuff and the grass is high the house was completely dark like the power was out or something so unprofessional God blocked it for the better be careful don’t let the pics fool you it don’t look like that please

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Left early
Was heating the place with space heaters and none of the blinds would close
Well, where do I start? This is located in a very rundown neighborhood of St Louis. If you noticed in the listing there are no outdoor pictures of house and neighborhood. The abandoned cars along the road and houses boarded up and dilapidated gave me a clue. The road, one way is closed, is barely big enough for one way traffic and in need of repair. The owner may say I want a credit but to tell you the truth , I never expected one. My husband and I drove up to the house and never got out of the car.
