Above the Florida treeline, with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, located on the Cocohatchee river in North Naples, Florida, this 2BR/2BA Condo at Anchorage of Vanderbilt, near Delnor-Wiggins State Park, is hitting the market late in the 2022 rental season - but will go fast. Located on the Cocohatchee River, docks line the waterside and a communal pool and hot tub are shared by condo guests. On the top floor of the building, this condo has just the right beachy feel
& decor to suit your Florida getaway. It includes a full cable & internet package, along with bonus amenities like desktop computers & printers, and bikes for guests. Parking directly underneath the building - guest parking too - with restaurants and nightlife of Naples (15 min) & Bonita Springs (10 min) and Fort Myers (30 min) away. Although flooding damage during Hurricane Ian made a bit of a mess, the property itself was left in-tact and is well recovered, with amenties including the pool scheduled to reopen before the end of the year!
