About this property

Beautiful, updated house with a screened in porch, kayaks, ping pong table, outdoor furniture, darts and large pool. We have extra freezers for your fresh catches and also a commercial ice machine. Boat parking, 50 foot canal frontage with dock. Well stocked house with everything you need to enjoy your stay near the beach ( beach chairs included) with ocean access. Walking distance to Sombrero beach, close to grocery shopping and plenty of good restaurants. You can park your boat in the drive or at the dock. (extra fee for heating the pool and hot tub)

Early Spring Escape

We ran away from Pacific Northwest rain for a few days and found this wonderful home in between the Everglades and Key West. The home is well stocked with linens and towels. Nice BBQ. Not an abundance of pans and utensils but certainly enough to get by. The pool was a little cold for our liking but it is clean and in great shape. A nice quiet neighborhood and we caught lots of small fish of a variety of species from the dock. You won’t be disappointed with this home!

I have been going to the Keys for the last 10 years straight. This is the best property I have stayed in. The unit was extremely clean and well decorated. The pool and outdoor areas were absolutely gorgeous. They had a new grill which was nice for outdoor dining. The unit was close to the beach, Publix and fabulous restaurants. I definitely plan to go back in the future.

Perfect Marathon Stay

This property was just as described, immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. I wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Winter getaway

Property exactly as described. Clean, spacious with lots of amenities. Beautiful heated pool with hot tub . Lovely backyard with view. Great communication with owner. Everything went very smooth. Hope to go back again soon. Highly suggest this property.

Just what we needed!

This property was just what we needed for our fall getaway. It is about a mile from Sombrero Beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is a great size if you want to stay in and cook. The main bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and a huge walk-in closet that was able to store all of our luggage. I feel in love with the bathroom as it has a shiplap on the walls and a great beachy tile in the shower. Not to mention, the water pressure in the shower was perfect. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck, watching all of the fish in the canal. The pool is a great size and is suitable for all ages. The bench seat down one whole side is perfect if you don't want to get all the way in. The property had four kayaks. However, it was too windy for us to enjoy them this time. I would highly recommend renting bikes when you stay so that you can ride to the beach and through the neighborhoods. I would recommend trying Dockside Bootkey Harbor Bar and Grill if you get a chance. They have live music every night. Looking forward to booking again.
