Sombrero Beach House: 50' Dock, Pool, BBQ, Bicycles & more!

You'll love this place! With great attention to detail, this 3/2 house is conveniently located in a quiet yet centralized area. The famous Sombrero Beach is just a hop-skip and a jump away.

This house is very spacious; sleeps up to 8; and has a large kitchen with all the comforts of home. You'll also appreciate the convenience of a laundry room. This house is completely stocked to make your vacation perfect; including the must-have blender. On a rainy day, you can stay indoors watching cable TV on flat screen TVs with DVD players in each room. The house is nicely decorated and more importantly, very clean. The master bedroom has a King-size pillow-top bed to dream for. The 2nd room has a queen bed fit for a queen; and the 3rd room has a full-size bed with trundle. All new plush linens are included. The yard is large enough for trucks, cars or other toys with plenty of room left over to just lounge around the above-ground pool, in the patio or on the hammock. The BBQ is ready and standing by for your freshest catch; a couple of burgers; or your favorite meal. There's a large dock with everything for the serious fisherman, including a fish cleaning table.
There's no need to worry about the added cost and inconvenience of renting bicycles. Here, you'll enjoy free use of our bicycles to roam the island during your stay. You'll love our bicycle built for two! There are lots of places to visit at your leisure without the need of a car. Indoor games such as Wii, checkers, backgammon and poker cards also provided. wi-fi included.

Boat Lovers-- this is it!
If you have a boat and love fishing, you'll love the docking facilities at this house. The dock is 50 ft. long on a deep canal and well lit for the night owl who loves to hang out by the boat while still within socializing distance. So boaters wont miss happy hour activities with the rest of the crowd. The dock is also equipped with bumpers to protect your boat; and water hoses for easy cleaning and preparation. It's truly a great place to hang out with lots of space for everyone.

You name it - this house offers many details designed for comfort and practicality. You can't beat the convenience of several nearby boat ramps. Boaters can easily access either oceanside or the gulf by way of 7-mile bridge for back country flats fishing. You'll have it all.

Great surroundings!
Everything is a just short distance away. Sombrero Beach has areas for picnics, vollyball, and a playground for the little ones. For shopping, there's Publix, Kmart, Walgreens, as well as many local establishments to make your stay more comfortable, including a nearby post office. There are countless restaurants with a good variety within 1 mile. The 7-mile bridge is also nearby. Feel like dinner and a movie? We have a great place for you. The quaint movie theater nearby plays the latest popular movies and even serves wine. A few minutes down the road, visit the Sunset Grill for great lunch or dinner poolside with ocean view.

If you just want some quiet time to relax and reflect, there's a nearby public library; but if you're in the mood for KEY WEST--just jump on the convenient Trolley, which picks up next to Kmart for a nominal fee.
Aside from Sombrero Beach Park, you can go to the huge Marathon Park just a few minutes away that has lots of activities for kids of all ages, (tennis, skateboard, playground, etc.) If you want to try something different, visit the Dolphin Research Center & swim with the dolphins. So many things to do, places to go and things to see--or NOT... It's the Florida Keys... Do what you want --when you want.
