This one bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple! It is super clean, comfortable, feels spacious, well supplied with everything needed, and two short blocks to a wonderful, uncrowded beach! We loved our stay here, it was an amazing value! Thanks, Matt and Micki!

Relaxing Get Away

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a convienent location and very quiet. Easy beach access, then just a hop, skip and a jump to downtown. We enjoyed the Columbia restuarant and the Oak Park.

Short vacay for friends wedding

Very nice, clean apartment and perfect for a getaway for a couple. We were attending a friends wedding on Saturday downtown St Augustine but wanted to be able to go to the beach as well. This was perfect. Only 10 min from downtown and a block from the beach. We will definitely be going back.

Overall nice spacious apartment near the beach. Well appointed and very clean. The mattress however doesn't have much support left in it so didn't sleep well combined with lots of light in the a.m. even with the blinds drawn

Couldn't ask for a better location. Nice quiet neighbor hood. Located close to anything you need. The beach was nice and not crowded at all. The apartment was so cute and comfy we never wanted to leave. Within 5 minutes of the historic district. The owners made the stay easy and simple. Couldn't ask for a better place to get married. I almost don't want to tell tell people about this gem. I can't wait to visit again. I think you'll be blown away at how great of a place it is and it's convenient location. Plus the amazing owners who welcome you.

Anniversery Weekend

Evrything was great except the TV. It buffered all the time and the voices were'nt in sync with the video. We just gave up on trying to watch anything. That wasn't why we were there though , everything else was fine.

Summer vacation

Our hosts have a beautiful apartment that is very private with a private entrance. The amenities are above and beyond. Plenty of linens, kitchen wares, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The easy walk to the beach is 4 to 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

Easy to be in touch with Host. Everything you need was available. Just bring your clothes and go shopping for food. Excellent access and short walk to very nice ⛱️🏖️ Beach. Not crowded.

Clean and convenient

This rental was very clean and spacious. It's a shortly walk to the beach and a 5-7 minute drive to St Augustine. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property.

Very clean, nicely decorated, and close to several beaches and the downtown St Augustine area. Has all you need for a very pleasant and relaxed stay for 2 people. I wished it had washer/dryer and it would be perfect. Some mold spots in the shower grout. Unreliable wifi, but good cell reception.

Our second visit to this sweet spot

Very comfortable roomy apartment for 2, very clean. A 4 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores in Vilano or St Augustine. Lots of various things to do nearby. We loved everything about our relaxing stay at Matt & Micki’s and look forward to staying there again!

Quiet & Peaceful

Nice location and comfortable place to relax and rest. Too cold for any beach activities but the ocean views, sunrises and sunsets over the Tolomato River (I think) were beautiful. Didn’t hear from the host during our stay, but not necessary because of the absence of any major issues. Maybe next time Mother Nature gives us a little more sun and warmth.
