Try a new life on for size at Maywood Cottage. The house has been completely renovated over the past year—from the fully stocked open kitchen to the privacy fence enclosing the yard —to create a work-from-anywhere getaway. We've got high-speed wifi and a smart TV in each room, an open dining and living room area with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors overlooking our patio lounge, and a spacious yard.

The best feature? Our location. We're 6 miles from the beach & a short drive to Tampa airport.

I've always loved living in the Sunshine State (especially Clearwater, where the sunsets are epic), and it's been a dream of my family's to launch a vacation rental. So, here we are! Why they chose this property

The location sold us on Maywood. It's 20 minutes from the beach and the airport, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. That convenience can't be beat, but it's also got a spacious backyard and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and low-key; as a mom to a young child, we've felt safe there, which is very important to me.

What makes this property unique

In addition to having a newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen (down to the stand mixer, for my bakers out there), the house has a fully furnished patio that's great for lounging and a large backyard for playing games or letting your dog stretch his legs. We're very close to Threshers Stadium, and a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Tampa International Plaza and Tampa International Airport.
