Excellent location, steps to the sand! Small and cozy, host has outstanding communication! Only downfall is the parking, recommend overnight parking elsewhere and get a golf cart.

Lauren was a great host ! She had great tips for parking. We spent so much time out on the patio enjoying the ocean views and enjoying the general ambiance. The resturant's were a close walk along with a market. we had a great stay!

The location was amazing, the house is so close to the beach and easily walkable to everything in PB. There was also tonsss of beach gear (coolers, bougie boards, etc.) and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand!

Our stay and our host were amazing! Our family and pups enjoyed every minute of it! Super clean and full of sweet intentional extras, like sunscreen and board games and plenty of beach chairs for the whole family! It was a fantastic property for our book club getaway. Literally one house away from the beach and boardwalk. It was so clean, we grilled dinners, sat on the patio all day and of course the beach. The beds were so comfortable and there was everything you could possibly think of. Huge thank you to Lauren! You were a fantastic host! Oh! If you drive down and park- turn your mirrors in!

Overall it was really good. The only thing I would say about it is the parking spot for your vehicle. This rental property does not have a parking spot for your car, that sucks. I had to look for 45 minutes to find me parking spot for vehicle. The host was very responsive. Bed rooms and living room as well as kitchen was super clean.
