The unit was perfect for what we needed. We had employees staying while working in Dawsonville and it was convenient to where we were working. Unit was clean and everything our guys needed. Rasheed was great to work with and always quick to get back with me whenever I had questions about extending our stay or helping me with alternate availability. I appreciated his help with always trying to accommodate us at the last minute! We will be booking with him again if in the area!

Not the best

The property location was ok, unfortunately it smelled like mildew and you can hear neighbors on both sides. They had a lot of cooking utensils which was a plus.. scratches and scuffs on wall. The remote in bedroom didn’t work. I reached out to property manager for dehumidifier, never came through. There were German coach roaches I did spray. The bathroom was nice not enough wash cloths.

This property needs a lot of work. There was garbage all over the property, including right at the front door and along the driveway. Inside, the floors were dirty with trash left behind and there was a strong mildew smell. Communication was poor—we called three times and only ever received automated text messages back.The bed frames were too small for the mattresses, which made them unstable and uncomfortable. Smoke detectors were hanging out of the ceiling, light fixtures were missing, walls were dirty, and parts of the floor were unfinished. There were bugs inside, and the doors didn’t shut properly—the front door was missing its seal. The driveway was washed out, which luckily wasn’t a problem since we had an SUV, but it could be for other vehicles.This place could be nice with some care and basic maintenance, but as it is, it felt neglected and poorly managed

Not as expected

The units are far too together separated only by a locked that is not even air tight (there is a gap at the bottom as if it were a door to another room) . Some neighbors moved into the next unit and we could smell the marijuana from the other room as well as their conversations clearly which contained inappropriate language. We let the owners know and they did not respond to our concerns at all. We ended up checking out about 4 days early and without of course any refund. The pictures listed for the unit were also different than what was actually there.
