A short stay, but very enjoyable

A lovely property, in an excellent location, very handy for the Wright Brothers memorial and the beach (spectacular sunrise!). Everything was positive about our stay, the house is in a quiet street, very clean, everything exactly as advertised, well equipped with flexible bedrooms. It would be very good for a family. The information provided was very helpful and clear, we wish the owners well in their continued rental of the property and thank them for their hospitality.

I was pleased with the overall trip, however I was disappointed with a couple of things. The main thing was in the listing on line, the property was said to have a hot tub, which it did not. I personally requested a hot tub. If I had known that this was not included, I would have stayed elsewhere. This should not be listed as an amenity if it in not there. The only other thing was in bedroom number 2 the tv could not be accessed because there was no remote. Other than these things, our stay was good.

Hi Cheryl, I am really sorry for the confusion. I just double checked the listing details on my end, and I do not have it included that there is a hot tub, because you are correct we do not have one. I am not sure if there was a glitch on the listing online, but I made sure I do not have that box checked! I know that must have been disappointing though. I also was not made aware that the remote was misplaced - we keep them conveniently stored with a Velcro on the walls of each room with a label on it. If I had known it was misplaced I would have made sure it was returned to the space where it belonged so again, my apologies for the oversight! I wish your stay would have been more enjoyable, and I appreciate you taking the time to provide the feedback so we know how we can improve in the future!
