OUTDOOR LIVING: Side patio with lounge chairs and a small fenced yard. There is also a community pool that is open May–September, a short walk from this townhome!

INDOOR LIVING: 65” Smart TV with 100’s of streaming options, dining area with seating for 8, board games, ceiling fans, work station with computer monitor, blackout curtains, loft-style reading nook

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 2, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and two bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi (1.3 Gbps), washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.

We went to visit our daughter at CSU for family weekend. Great place to stay. Not far from campus. The house was very nice and plenty of room. Cups to stay here again in the future.

Great family vacation for a week

The home was very nice and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the nice touches and decor in the home too. The pool was nice for the hot days of the summer. The manager was very responsive and checkin and checkout was easy. Thanks for a great stay in a home away from home.

Great wedding weekend

This home was fantastic for our family of 4. It is convenient and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the internet capabilities as I had to do some work over the weekend. Stacy was very responsive.

Beautiful town home

Stacy was excellent, very communicative, and responsive. The home was spotless, had every amenity we needed. Location was near restaurants, and breweries. We even got some fishing in at the ponds 2 minutes down the road. I would most definitely stay here again. Awesome host, perfect place to stay when in Ft. Collins. Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Family helping family

My family all came to Colorado to help our son move to his next step in vet school. We all stayed here. It was so close to all the shopping we needed to get him set up and we got to visit the mountains as well! We enjoyed the space! We had family meals and games every night. This place is so close to every where!

Home was nice. Lots of room and was very clean. Good location in a quiet suburban neighborhood but was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Although we saw that the listing showed the pool was closed after Labor Day, I had reached out directly to see if the hot tub would still be available. They responded with "The pool is Open Memorial Day – Labor Day. There is a hot tub at the home.". I definitely would not say the hot tub is at the home since it is in a community pool area 1/2 mile away from the home and it was not working which was disappointing since that was a major reason we booked this specific site. A straight answer when initially contacted would have been appreciated.

Great property! Had a issue with the freezer and Stacy did everything she could to get it fixed, while we were there, which didn’t work before we left, but she did everything she could and it didn’t disturb our trip or stay at the property.

Mattresses, linens, and pillows could definitely use an upgrade. No disclosure on the train located close by / hence the earplugs provided by bedsides. No BBQ, no cable.

Wedding stay

Flew in from out of state for a wedding. Host was extremely receptive and communicative. House fit six of us varying ages comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking essentials which is not always the case in many homes I have stayed in so greatly appreciated that! Board games came in handy as well as the pool. Close to downtown, breweries and grocery stores. Only thing I would change would be having bigger beds 😊. highly recommend and if we’re ever in the area would definitely stay again!
