The home was perfect, and so was the location. We attended concerts at the Red Rock, and it was very easy to get there.

Centrally located for where we were exploring...Boulder, Estes Park, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Idaho Springs. Kitchen was stocked nicely, beds were comfortable and house was nice for the four of us with 4 bedrooms. Could use more towel racks in bathroom and wall mirror in each bedroom.

It was such a a great place to stay! Beautiful house and enough rooms for everyone. Had cooking spices in case you wanted to cook which I thought was really cool. House was neat and beautiful would definitely come back. Thank you!

Great stay and location

Best sleep I’ve had away from home. We were there for a family reunion with some leaving on different days. So easy getting to and from the airport. Beds and pillows were exceptional. Especially when we all suffer from back and neck pain. Cleaner than most motel/ hotels we have stayed at. It made a huge difference for all of us at having a washer and dryer available 10-10.

State champion swim meet

This is a great property. 8 of us spanning 3 generations stayed here 4-nights a swim meet held a few miles away. We've stayed at many places and we have never been at a property as clean as this one. I would provide more positive observations but the app does not let me see what I am typing. It's a great property!

This home was quite pleasant. Very clean and the pictures represented the home. The location was perfect for our itinerary going to Rocky Mtn Nat’l Park and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Host was communicative and house had everything we need. We would recommend.

I stayed here with my wife, kids age 1 and 4, my parents, and teenage niece. We all thought the place was a convenient location with plenty of room. It was exceptionally clean. The communication with the owner was great. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Very clean comfortable home

We were impressed by the cleanliness of this property. The beds were comfortable. The stairs were a little steep and hard to negotiate but that is to be expected with an older home. It was a short drive to the downtown area.

Met our needs perfectly

First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding.

Was a little taken aback by the neighborhood(although there were no issues). Was not a fan of all the stairs so if stairs are problem this is not the place for u. Other than the stairs it was an acceptable place to stay. I did however love the shower. The water pressure was great

Perfect Denver Stay

This guest house was such a gem! It was perfect for our large party of 8. The house looked exactly as described online. The place was fully equipped with a washer/dryer, kitchen, and basement. The open kitchen was easy to share family meals and allowed extra space for the 4 kids in our group. I loved the location and ease of check-in/check-out. Most Denver sites are within 30 minutes of the house including the Denver airport. We had a couple questions during our stay, and the owners were quick to respond and resolve any any issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute Townhouse

House itself was clean, nice kitchen and good sized bedrooms. A/C worked really well. I like to get up and walk in the mornings and it's very close to a beautiful park with a lake that you could fish in so that was a plus. The backyard was a mess which was a real turn off. The entire yard was full of weeds that came up to my knees so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee outside and just looked bad. Cleaning fee I thought was a little excessive especially since we were required to clean and take out the trash before leaving.

Family wedding gathering

This property offered a spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay as we prepared for my daughter's wedding. Upstairs three bedrooms with 2 queens and one king were great, but one full bath for all. Downstairs bedroom was lovely and like a separate apartment. Laundry facilities were also a big plus. Half bath on main floor was much appreciated. The location was convenient to my daughter's home and to the wedding guest's hotel. Price was more reasonable than most. Although many little extra perks were provided, (seasonings for cooking, hand, dish, and laundry soaps, even extra toothbrushes and paste!) a few items detracted slightly from the stay: only paper trash bags on hand, (welcome to Co.); broken blinds in 2 upstairs bedrooms; loose fixture on basement shower, (but worked fine); upstairs bathroom fan was not working, lacking a few kitchen items. (We prepared some homemade desserts for wedding.) Overall, a lovely place. Wish we would have booked through the wedding weekend. Much nicer than a hotel!
