This apartment is part of a large, historic home built in the mid 1800s. The apartment is one of three units. Multiple adults, children, and a dog live on the property. YOU WILL LIKELY SEE/HEAR the occupants on occasion during your stay. We never have complaints about noise, but do like to be transparent about the possibility of it. Our dog, Gus, may bark once or twice when he hears you enter - he is not much of a barker otherwise.

Cozy spot - everything was just right, exactly as described. Host was thoughtful and communicative and arrival/departure were very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice cozy little place to come back to after exploring Vermont all day. Clean with all the things two people would need to cook. Host was friendly and there if you needed her. Enjoyed our stay thanks for sharing your home with us.

Thank you for your kind review! It was a pleasure hosting you!
It was a very lovely stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. Easy check in/out process. My only request is that on hot days, it would be appreciated to have the a/c running awhile before arrival.
Lovely place, very clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay for longer if this place is available next time I’m in the area. I love that it’s so close to MassMoCA and other areas, literally an easy 10 minute drive. Host was perfect at communicating and super kind.

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind review. Hope to host you again sometime!
A quiet and comfortable residential location a short drive from North Adams. A nice spot to rest while visiting Mass Moca. Close to route 2 hiking spots! Would stay again!
Excellent experience. I would definitely stay there again. Great place to get away from the city and experience nature at its best. Awesome hikes around the area.
I snowboarded all day at jimmy peak and then check in around seven p m. Place was clean.Had a bath tub so I took a bath followed by hot shower. The bed was comfortable.
Great stay, would only suggest to put a Manuel somewhere telling instructions on t.v. And appliances, where to leave trash etc. and a fan in bedroom would have been nice. Got quite warm in bedroom at night.
Spent a few days hiking Greylock and visiting the museums in North Adams. The place was operating room clean, quiet area, and the bed was comfortable. Downtown North Adams is literally less than 10 minutes away, with many of the hiking trailheads within 25 minutes. The owner was quickly responsive to the few questions I had. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Kristen and her family have a beautiful property very well kept the apartment was perfectly adequate for two you could literally walk in with the clothes off your back and you'd have everything you need except food maybe. At night you walk out and stand in the middle of the road and you could hear a pin drop, beautiful stars above it was just lovely I RECOMMEND it
Part of the house, but completely seperate space with its own entrance. Very clean and welcoming overall! The only thing I'd suggest is getting a step stool for the kitchen, since I couldn't reach where the toaster is kept. Thankfully traveling with someone taller!
Great location for a winter getaway weekend. We went snow-shoeing at nearby Prospect Mountain on the good weather day and to nearby MassMOCA on the bad weather day. Big overnight snowstorm but roads and driveway were cleared in the morning. Really lovely renovated farmhouse with a red barn. Easy check in and off street parking. It's really cozy and very quiet even though there is an active family in the house. A completely separate space on the second floor. We made a nice dinner in the small kitchen. Everything you'd need is there. Aaron & Kristen are definitely caring and attentive hosts. We would likely stay again in the future.
