Welcome home to this lovely two-bedroom condo on the ground floor in Downtown Dillon. Walk to Downtown easily including the popular Arapaho Cafe right across the street from the condo. Partial Lake views from the private patio as well!

This lovely and affordable 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has many amenities and is just steps from Lake Dillon. The condo is located on the ground floor and conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo also just steps away from the Long recreation path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table that seats 4. The condo features many amenities including a gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi and much more. The master bedroom has a King bed with private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed and easy access to the guest bathroom. The living room features a queen pull out sofa sleeper. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo and a private deck with a BBQ and partial lake views.

After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also enjoy the stunning views from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has two hot tubs, pool, sauna and more. The clubhouse has recently been remodeled.

Can't get enough of outdoor activities? You can walk right out the front door and be on the recreation path in seconds. Take a walk or bike ride on the long recreation path that goes for miles. Or take a short walk to a nearby restaurant, bars and shopping. This condo has all of the amenities in an ideal location at a great value.

Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. PRO-The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels. CON-Condo listed as No Pets yet we all had dog hair all over us. From either room. The hall/MB heater was out. Took 4 days to repair. The last night the LR/ kitchen heater went out.

Cute, comfy but needs updating/repairs.
Excellent location, was quiet, clean, and comfortable but needed several minor repairs. Good size hole in the sliding patio screen door, torn carpet in the master bedroom doorway with exposed tacks, closets basically unusable for the clothes we brought along to attend a family wedding as they were full of the owners items. The swimming pool and hot tubs were unavailable for us to use due to "maintenance" and when we asked for a partial refund, we were told that was NOT an option. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed but we didn't do any cooking, looked to be well stocked with supplies. I took photos when we arrived, and photos when we left to make sure we were not blamed for the items needing repair and a missing parking tag.

Great property and perfect for doing all kinds of activities without ever needing to get back in the car until it's time to go. Great places to eat, literally across the street from the amphitheater, and trails also right out the door. Would highly recommend.
