We loved staying at Janet and Bob's townhome in Dillon! Their place was perfect for our week of skiing in the area. It was very spacious and clean, beautifully decorated and offered a wonderfully comfortable and cozy feel. We loved the 2 car garage with space for our ski gear and the location near the beautiful lake Dillon. We would definitely come back!

Our mountain home is highly stocked with spices,tea,coffe,sugar flour two cupboards of pots and pans,corningware place settings, many serving dishes, and cookware. If you choose to eat in, we have everything for you.
If you choose to eat out, we have a notebook full of places to eat in Summit County and menus.
Private entrances thru heated 2 car garage or front doorway.
Mountain View’s everywhere.
Ski shuttle to all ski resort via bus routes.
We had a great time in this Dillon Location. We skiied at Breckenridge and also went to Keystone. It was clean, easy to access and near a grocery which was key with the kids! We really enjoyed our time here. Recommend Highly.
Great location, just beside the city market. Two cars garage. The host Janet and Bob are very kind and helpful, answering my questions quickly. They even gave me Christmas gifts for my stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back .

The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The heated garage is a great amenity if you are traveling in the winter. Location was near restaurants, grocery store and entertainment options. Also, a very easy drive to Keystone Ski Resort. We loved the townhome!

I agree. It is so nice to find a home you want to return to. Knowing it will be immaculate, professionally decorated, highly appointed, spacious and close to everything from skiing to hiking to shopping.
We had a great time on our first trip to Dillon. We liked that the house had two parking spaces and a garage space to keep all of our hiking gear. The house was close to many amenities but far enough away from the highway that it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We plan to revisit next year to hike another 14er!

Convenient and Comfortable Townhome
We really enjoyed our stay at the Dillon townhome. Janet was very thorough by providing any info that we might need during our stay. I especially appreciate having a well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated having a garage for our car. Overall, this was an ideal accommodation for our long weekend of skiing.

Our personally managed townhome offers many comforts of home from a two car heated garage with storage for ski and boards to a large living space with gas fireplace, breakfast bar and extra seating. We are the original owners and enjoy using our home when possible. Living an hour away,in Arvada/Denver allows us the opportunity to enjoy our home and confirm that everything is in superior condition for all to enjoy. This is a great advantage for everyone who chooses our home for their Colorado get-away.
The minute we stepped in the door, it felt like home.
This was our first stay in this mountain home and we can't wait to come back.
The home is absolutely beautiful, comtained everything we could possibly need and had the most lovely personal touches.
Bob & Janet were the perfect hosts and such a lovely caring couple.

Wonderful place!
This is a very clean, very nice place to stay! It is decorated perfectly to go with its surroundings. This place is close to EVERYTHING you would need, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. we will definitely be rent this place again. The owner was very easy to work with. Our questions were always answered within 24 hours. The description describes it to a "T"

We maintain our mountain home with guest needs in mind as well as for our enjoyment. We are the original owners and appreciate the ambiance of the neighborhood plus proximity to everything one needs on a holiday. The professional decor adds to everyone's relaxation. With 1600 Sq feet of living space, plenty of storage, double car heated garage and two large decks with mountain and lake views your vacation is ready to enjoy.
We really enjoyed this condo! It was perfect for our family of four (two adult children) with three bathrooms, two large bedrooms and a pull out couch. The large garage was super helpful, and the kitchen was very well stocked - it had everything we needed for cooking hearty breakfasts as well as several dinners. The location is excellent since it is very close to the City Market grocery store, REI, and other stores and restaurants, and an easy drive to multiple ski areas (we went to Keystone, Breck, Loveland, and Copper). We all agreed that this was one of the best condos we've stayed in, and we'd love to stay there again!

The perfect condo!
We stayed at Janet and Bob’s beautiful condominium for a full month while enjoying some of the best skiing anywhere. The location of this unit is superb, being in Summit County, with all its great opportunities, up on a ridge, with a magnificent view. With two queen bedrooms, each having its own bath, a spacious main floor and a two car heated garage, two couples had a wonderful vacation. Janet’s personal attention to the property and personal contact with us made the whole experience delightful!

All in the details
We really enjoyed the Kinder condo. They added so many special little details: a box of chocolates, a bottle of wine, a nice fireplace, soft sheets, two car garage, even discount card for the local grocery. We had such a pleasant stay! One detail that was wrong on the website was the location. It is by City Market and not by the lake. We liked the location, but it was different than expected. We would definitely stay here again,

The condo is in a great location in Dillon, close to the grocery store and restaurants. Very clean and organized condo, had all of the necessary items and amenities. Yes, Many restaurants in tha area with diverse entrees and late hours. We have a listing in a notebokk in theunit. a;so provide items forh9ome cooking like many quality pots and pans, various spices and stables in the refrigerator for your use. We also provide a discount key card (on the sofa back table) for the local grocery store. After booking a few VRBO stays ourselves and found the units very bare with no amenities and helpful items to make our stay easier, we started providing these for our guests.

The garage allows one to enjoy a warm car every morning without the need to shovel snow off the vehicles and dry boots, boards and skis each day. Spacious and comfortable. Heated garage was nice & convenient. Fireplace added warmth & comfort. Loved the 2 hot tubs near by which were a very good hot temp and helped the store muscles recover. Access was easy with either garage opener or keypad code. Nice kitchen, with dining area, 2 bedrooms, & 3 bathrooms. Owners were responsive to inquiries. Close to supermarket & liquor store, as well as restaurants. Perfect for access to 4 close ski areas. Enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Three words: Significantly Exceeded Expectations
I decided to do a last minute trip to Summit County with my two sons for some end of season skiing. We came across Janet and Bob's home and booked it about six days before departing. All I can say is that their home was perfect for us in every way. Great location, everything was (or seemed to be) new, and very well appointed. To be honest, it was really overkill for what we needed, but so be it!
I kind of felt guilty that my wife and daughter could not join us, as they would have really enjoyed it, but since they don't ski, it didn't make sense for them to come. However, I plan to return in the summer and bring them along for everything Summit County has to offer.

Great location, well kept and spacious
We have stayed at several different condos in the Dillon area, and this is by far our favorite. It is clean and well maintained.
The heated garage is great, you ski gear has a chance to defrost and not make a mess of the interior. There is a washer and dryer which is nice for being able to wash your clothing before you leave. The main level has the living room, kitchen and dining room plus a guest bath and feels very spacious. We never felt like we were on top of the other guests. Each bedroom has their own private bath.
There is a grocery store in walking distance (on nicer days) and activities in downtown Dillon are within a 2-3 minute drive.
We have stayed here twice now and have always received great customer service. I highly recommend this townhome.

Thank you for your comments regarding how spacious, clean and well maintained our mountain home feels. The heated two car garage is a special feature so many units in Summit County do not offer and so often visitors forget to ask about until they arrive and find outside parking. A warm, dry car and dry warm storage for skis and boards is a nice addition. Boots stored in the large lower entrée also provide warm dry storage without hauling items upstairs.
1600 sq. feet of living space allows a home away from home experience. Add a professional décor and you too will return year after year like so many of our guests.

The free shuttle bus can be caught within a short walk from our home with service to 4 major ski areas. Several ski rental locations with superior customer service and knowledgeable assistance are close by. Their hours of operation will accommodate your needs and equipment offerings are extensive. Walk a couple blocks to the Dillon Amphitheatre for free Saturday night concerts all summer long or take out a rented Catamaran from the Dillon Marina just around the corner. Into cycling- rent a tandem bike from several rental shops with 2 blocks from home. Need to work out, try the Silverthorne Recreation Center with indoor track, 6 lane pool, Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, basketball courts, indoor running track, weight room and climbing wall- all only 5 minutes away. We also have a hot tub complex on site with security locks and camera. Dillon is a great place to play hard and relax completely!!!
