The bed was great...very comfortable. I appreciated the coffee pods and refrigerator, Joey was very communicative. I had to leave after one night because of a situation, but I was grateful for Joey's understanding.

The place was just as listed in the pictures! Very clean and a comfortable stay! The host, Joey, was amazing and his communication was great! We enjoyed all the jets flying over from the air show and the walking trails for our 2 dogs that were close by! We would absolutely stay again! It was a very accessible location with a short drive or walk to the ocean front and many other businesses close by!

Great stay!

The place is exactly a one mile walk to the oceanfront, straight shot to the beach! I didn’t need a vehicle for this stay because everything is so close.

Although I was surprised by the jets overhead (my fault for not looking at the map) I still was well rested for my beach stay. Thank you for the coffee!

Since this is a big Navy town, the sound of freedom flies over the entire oceanfront, not just our place. Most locals and visitors get used to it pretty quick, but if you're vacationing anywhere near the beach here, the jets are part of the package. We’d love to host you again anytime!

wonderful place to stay!

My partner and I stayed at Joey’s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.
