The house is okay but a disappointment in the amenities. There were only three forks, no wine opener, one wine glass, a bent spatula, and no cleaning products. The upstairs, paint is peeling in bathroom and hallway. The first step was soft and sunk when stepping on it (safety concern). There are lady bugs found throughout the house. The backyard which appeared fenced and private, is not. The pictures were not an accurate representation of the space.

Great Place, Conveniently Located

This is a great place. I was impressed with how well everyone fit in this property. We had 6, me, my wife and our 3 kids, and my brother-in-law, even with so many people we had plenty of space. The property was very conveniently located minutes away from Kenwood Town center for shopping, and a cool little brewery just up the street. The owner was very easy to contact and very responsive. Great place and will book again!!

Great Property, Great Location easy access to all things

This property is meticulously maintained, extra benefits were coffee pods, bath ammenities and great fire pit area out back! would stay again if I return to Cincinnati!

The property was lovely with lots of space & comfy beds & pillows. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor space was comfy and the enclosed back porch were perfect for those times when it rained. We enjoyed Cincinnati visiting King’s Island, shopping at local stores and eating at local restaurants. We spent a majority of our stay just enjoying the and peace & quiet and each other! The close proximity to city parks was also a plus for us! We all enjoyed the board games provided and the foosball table in the basement! The open space for our dog to enjoy the outdoors with us was also a plus! We spotted a few deer in the backyard & bunnies & birds. Catching & releasing lightening bugs was an evening adventure.

Cute place little annoyed that owner charged for towels

Cute place to stay but claimed that we destroyed towels. Not sure how they were destroyed they were old white towels. We cleaned anll the dishes out then away and took the garbage to the road for the owner . Paid for the towels no use in arguing

Very nice and clean property

Our stay was nice. Neighbors not so much. Neighbors told us it was ok to use fireworks for the Fourth of July, in Silverton; which it is not allowed. Also, I was greeted on the porch by someone unknown at 4:30 am asking questions on how to go about renting the place. Which I thought was weird. Other than that, me and my family really enjoyed the stay.

Ark encounter

This house was so lovely and relaxing.the floors were gorgeous.The swing is such a fun twist! I brought my 4 and 5 year old and my friend brought her 7 and 9 yeas olds. We had plenty of space. The kids played Jenga on the enclosed back porch. We went to the Newport aquarium, creation museum and ark encounter. The drives were easy and the ark was the furthest at 45 minutes away. You can't beat that for the price and comfort! Will definitely be staying here again!

Worked but won’t rebook

Overall the property was ok & worked for us. The bdrms were spacious upstairs & bathrooms were good except for the peeling paint that they used to paint the tiles. However, the listing & owner were misleading. The kitchen was not stocked at all. There were pans & dishes but there was only one 3/4 length cookie sheet, no mixing bowls & nothing that could be used to cook in microwave. There was only 1 hot pad so you couldn’t serve dinner & take stuff out of the oven. There were no garbage bags, kitchen towels or wash cloths (the owner did drop some off) and we were only given one very small towel & wash cloth for the week & no soap to do laundry with. The living room was VERY TINY with only 2 people fitting on the couch. The white couch & chairs were very stained. The owner also wasn’t truthful when I messaged before booking. It looked close to the freeway so I told him we were light sleepers & asked about freeway noise. He said he didn’t hear it but left out that it was on a fairly busy main road. I brought a large fan & did ok in the upstairs back bdrm but my daughter & husband struggled w/the noise in the other rooms. The backyard also isn’t serene like the pictures. It actually opens up to 3 other backyards. It’s disappointing that the owner wasn’t forth coming about the kitchen bc we would have just packed our own stuff. It’s a great location to downtown & has a lot of potential but the cheap furniture & lack of necessities means we won’t rebook. Honestly goes a long way

Tremendous host!!!!

Check in was very easy. Solar light on the steps for safe entry at night. 3 rocking chairs on the covered porch. The kitchen had everything! Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and the mattresses were high quality ( I have had back surgery and was so happy about that). Beautiful entertainment center downstairs as well. Plentiful parking. Close to all things Cincinnati. Safe neighborhood.
