Why they chose this property

The Dawson neighborhood is a residential hood nestled between S Congress and S 1st, a stone's throw away from South Congress, a 3 minute drive to HEB (our statewide grocery store) a 6-10 minute drive/uber/bus to downtown and a 12-15 minute drive/uber to the airport.

I wanted to be close enough to all the stuff, but far away for peace and quiet.
