MODERN BEAR Lake House with incredible lake views!

Beautiful new, "Mountain Modern" home with amazing lake and mountain views from our big windows. Fantastic kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, right in our fabulous great room featuring stone and a gas fireplace, perfect for gathering with family while preparing meals! Enjoy our fun pool table in the finished game room, complete with an electric fireplace and a full-size extra fridge! Plus our downstairs family room with TV, a bar, a table for playing cards and games, and bunk beds. Even the view from here is incredible. Ping pong table in the garage and cornhole set. Plus 5 private bedrooms, all with King beds! Huge backyard with Hot Tub, lawn and firepit!

Perfect Bear Lake Accommodations!

This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable modern house! The king sized beds were great and the rooms were quiet. The view was spectacular! Our family loved it here, and we would absolutely come back to this property again.

Best stay we’ve had in BL

Our group has been to Bear Lake on multiple occasions but this was by far our best stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious with a great view of the lake. There was plenty of parking and room for outdoor activities plus close to town and the Mariana to drop our boat. If you are planning on visiting bear lake, I highly recommend staying in this home.

This place was AWESOME!! Super clean GREAT area.

We had 8 Adults and 3 kids and was the PERFECT Size for us! With lots of room to move! Very clean and Beautiful home! Definitely recommend! The patio up and down were way nice too with a gorgeous view.

Home away from home!

Beautiful place rooms huge beds probably more comfortable than my kings at home. Really nice gathering/sitting conversation areas upstairs and downstairs. Cozy little game room that really topped off the end of the day! I would recommend to anyone!

Lovely modern home

New home in a new area. We loved hanging on the large deck enjoying the view. The grass was perfect for yard games and the host accommodated some special requests. I can’t think of anything that I wished the place had that it didn’t.

Great option for a family trip! Short drive to town or the North Beach!

We loved staying at this property. The view of the lake was amazing and there is a beautiful deck to hang out on or a fireplace in the yard to sit around. We had 8 adults and 3 kids of varying ages and had plenty of space. Each room had a king size bed, one being an en suite. The two bunk beds in the family room were helpful for kids to sleep and all beds were comfy! We were bummed the listing said it had a hot tub and did not have one. We also had quite a few spiders inside and some dead mice in the window wells, which could have been taken care of, but wasn’t too big of a deal. Otherwise the host was great at responding super quick and we had a great time. There is a fun room to play pool and multiple fridges and kitchens throughout the house, which is helpful with multiple families. We would definitely stay there again.
