Wonderfully appointed property. Very clean property, comfortable beds and everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and this was by far our favorite. If we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

This home in Medford is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood on the east side. The home is very clean and the host thought of every little detail. The covered back patio and outside table were also a hit. We really enjoyed our stay.

So happy to have found this house on Vrbo. It’s in a great east Medford location on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, with easy parking in the driveway. The house is VERY clean and well stocked. The living areas are comfortable. The beds are nice, the closets are large, there are plenty of towels, plenty of dishes, lots of little snacks, everything.The host is gracious and responsive, with good communication. Check-in and -out was easy. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely stay here again.

Great Family Get a Way

The property was very nice, in a good neighborhood. The lay out of the house was good for those that wanted privacy in the bedroom. Nice there were two rooms for visiting.

Family Gathering Spot

Four adults stayed at the house. We were in Medford to visit our family matriarch. We enjoyed spending the evening together cooking dinner, sharing a meal and visiting. The house is the best! Clean, comfortable and so well appointed with quality linens, towels abd cookware.

Wonderful Experience

Our family of six stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was great to have plenty of space for the entire family and a comfortable home to rest between games. The home was very clean. The communication was quick and extremely helpful. The home had a lot of thoughtful details that made settling in even easier. My family enjoyed our stay and would choose this home again in the future.

Exceptional VRBO

Selecting a vacation rental is trusting the photos and descriptions are accurate. With Brookdale Meadows, the photos, descriptions and even the reviews didn’t reflect what an exceptional place this is to rent!This house quickly feels like home — there are so many extra touches the owner provides, plus the entire house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully furnished, the kitchen, bed and bathroom linens were excellent and plentiful, and the neighborhood was lovely, quiet and easy access to main roads.We wish every vacation rental was this wonderful, we’d travel more. Plan to stay here again.

Such a wonderful experience staying at your home! It's the little things that make a big difference and the 'junk drawer' with the tape and scissors was just what I needed. We were thrilled that EVERYTHING was very clean, thank you. Very easy access to the freeway and stores in the area. So happy you had a pizza cutter :) but had to use a cookie sheet cause I couldn't find a pizza pan. FYI: did notice a spelling error on your 'silverware' drawer label :)Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

What an incredible host Felicia is. There were so many extras she thought of to make our stay even better. You know those little things like bathroom amenities and kitchen extras that you sometimes say I wish I had a……..fill in the blank. It was there!

Why they chose this property

Lovely quiet residential neighborhood close to many recreational activities. Close proximity (less than 10 minutes) to airport, 2 hour drive to Crater lake. Many wineries, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Snow skiing in Ashland about 35 minutes away. So much to see and do in Southern Oregon.

What makes this property unique

Special touches and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable Sterns and Foster mattresses, quiet deck for relaxing, and outdoor space for barbecuing. Two bicycles under back deck.
